I went in to buy my next vehicle after my Toyota Camry 2011 was a total loss. I walked in to this location with no clue of what could be my next vehicle. Raheem (The sales associate) there was extremely patience and friendly to show me their inventory and got me prices on different vehicles I was interested in. Extremely grateful for the service I got at this location. A five star experience.

Toyota of Watertown is an outstanding dealership from the minute you walk into their doors until you drive away in your new car! Buying a car, as a woman, can be an intimidating experience. However, everyone at Toyota of Watertown is professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about the whole car buying experience, so I was completely put at ease. Special kudos to the Finance Manager, Stan Schwartz, who's professionalism, personable manner and exceptional knowledge of the financing process made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I received the best value and offer for my money! Fantastic experience. I purchased a car from Toyota of Watertown in 2010 and enjoyed impeccable service from the maintenance/repair shop ever since. As a result of those very positive experiences, I just bought another Toyota today and everyone there made it an easy transaction. Kudos to Steve in the sales department for his very friendly customer service and for coming through form start to finish exactly as promised. He is a real mensch. Excellent shopping experience from the first moment I entered the dealership. Ignacio Garcia, the sales agent that was working with me is not only extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but also very resourceful - he came up with some buying ideas that had never crossed my mind. Other people on the floor were also helpful, so was the management. Overall experience from Toyota of Watertown - great place to buy a car.

Great service great prices and great waiting area, very spacious and comfortable with complimentary refreshments coffee, pastries etc. My service took less than two hours (4 wheel alignment and 4 wheel balancing), they even gave me a complimentary 24 point inspection & exterior car wash! Talk about a first impression, will definitely be back for future maintenance and service.
