Had tickets to their Valentine's event. It was in Midtown, and we arrived right on the nose timewise (thanks to a train that was stopped dead for over 10 minutes blocking the road). Got there, parking lot unattended, doors locked, not handicapped accessible as required BY LAW (ramp end was over 6 inches off the ground, unpaved parking lot, horrible when you are in a chair). We tried knocking on every door, saw light under the one marked 1 and 2, and under an adjacent loading bay, but no one ever came. Phone call to their box office said "Calls will be returned Monday". Waste of money - and then we contacted LivingSocial, and the company said "We had the event, so sorry. No refund". Disgusted.

Spoke with a customer rep named jacqueline to ask for a price quote for LED cubes, when I spoke with her she was quite rude, and refused to provide service to me for no apparent reason. Her supervisor named "Roy" called back, after I left a voicemail and he also refused to help me with the situation, and to service me. They assumed I was some other company opposing them, and trying to get there prices. I felt disrespected as a customer, and I wouldn't suggest anyone dealing with this poor customer service.

I'm deeply disappointed by their lacking customer service. My experience with them makes me reflect on how people of this caliber can even run a business. It's obvious the team at Unique Event Elements has no regard, much less respect, for basic human rights. Don't bother even attempting to communicate with this establishment less you wish to leave feeling belittled, embarrassed, slighted, and uninformed.
