I have a car through these guys that I have had about 2 years! I in the last month have had so many problems with this car! After the way I was treated today If I had the money to go somewhere else to get a car I would have done it immediately!!! The guy who answered the phone in sells was so rude I’m just trying to let you guys know that my car is messed up again!! And he was being so rude about it and sarcastic about everything I told him!!! today I had to take money out of my rent money to get this car towed for the 2nd time in the last 2 months! This is not what I needed right now!! And thanks to the guy who answered the phone I will never repeat my business there!!! And I will never ever recommend you guys either!!!
Do not buy a car here! My sister had a Chevrolet Malibu 2013 which is back on they’re lot. She always made her payments despite the fact that they sold it to her with dents of all sizes everywhere plus the back right door was also completely damaged and the window didn’t roll up and would always go down by itself. My sister had a baby then recently unfortunately died of cervical cancer which she informed them about and they still harassed her with threatening phone calls and texts even on her death bed! Im writing this review because along wit witnessing the trauma she had to deal with this company, recently they repod the car and put a dead girls car right back on the lot the next day! Keep in mind they didn’t know she died but they did know she was sick! Also to add they stole all her stuff in the car wiped the car clean which majority of the stuff belonged to her children and when we reached out to retrieve my dead sister’s children belongings they refused even hung up on us multiple times. So at this point we are looking into a lawsuit against this company
Ask for Paul! If you have been looking for a car I highly recommended United Auto Group on Airport. Paul will find you exactly what you want for great prices. If the car you are looking for isn’t there he will go out of his way and do his best to find the perfect car for you. I’m very glad I stopped bye. Everyone is extremely nice and they won’t talk you into something just to make a sale.
Quick & easy process! Paul is a great businessman!! He gave me options on vehicles in my price range & didn’t force me into a particular car! Also, Paul volunteered to put gas in the vehicle before I left. Great company to do business with and don’t judge based off credit! I love my new car!
I enjoy the experience I had with Paul Nova he is a great guy. So if anybody needs a car I would suggest on going to United Auto Motor Engine. They would give u a great deal on a car they are great people and they would take care of you.
If I could give no stars I would this place has bad service they sell cars that will break down on you constantly. Also there service department is not organized at all and they suck at “repairing” your vehicle. They don’t care about there customers only about the money they will make off of you. Worst experience here.
This was definitely a very rewarding experience. from the minute I inquired about a certain car until the closing, everything was smooth and w/o any issues. Paul was my first contact and he was great. Liliana is the most professional representative ever. She gave me a fair price, and made everything easy, answered all of my questions and helped me way and beyond. I'm very happy with my van right now and I'd widely recommend United. Smiles at first but will stab you in the back and take take take all your money and the car back. DO NOT TRUST these crooks. Youre better off going to a real car lot,- ford , Nissan, Toyota etc offer the same benefits as this cons but wont rip you off. Believe me. Amy is the worst. If anyone is suing this place , please let me know.
