These guys were so good to work with. We scheduled a move from Orem to Spanish Fork. Matt and his moving crew showed up on time, took very good care of our belongings and worked very quickly. I was able to observe how they loaded and packed everything, it was done professionally and with care. Quote was accurate and overall we had an absolute 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Wasatch Moving Company for both price and experience for your next move!

Had an appointment for them to come give me an estimate at 11am Saturday morning. They confirmed the appointment. They never showed up, not a text or a phone call. I wasted my Saturday waiting. Thanks for the great customer service! I'll let everyone know .

We were very pleased to work with Wasatch Moving Company. They gave us a firm quote, and stuck to it. The movers we worked with were very professional and handled our belongings with care. Everything was packed well and nothing was scratched or broken. They showed up in a timely manner. We moved from Salt Lake to St George, and had the same moving crew. They placed our furniture where we wanted it, and even set up our beds. I would strongly recommend Wasatch Moving Company to anyone looking to move.

We used this company for a complicated move out of our place before our new place was ready. Storage for a few weeks at their Draper facility was at a reasonable cost. Both crews involved were professional, courteous, and friendly. My only issue was with a damaged piece of furniture. The reimbursement took a while, but they were fair and came through in the end. I would use again.

Just a warning if you put in your information this company will Hound you until they get your business. I was happy to do business with them because I needed somebody and I didn't want to make a lot of phone calls comparing prices. They gave me a quote to move three rooms for about $300. In the end it cost me $600. I wouldn't even mind paying this all of my stuff was taken. Several items were forgotten because their truck was too small and they weren't willing to make an extra trip. We are still moving items for my in-laws in our little van. I did let's the coordinator know of my concerns. He has still been telling me that he can call me. But I have not got a call. This is such a contrast in all of the Annoying calls that I got when he wanted to get my business versus zero phone calls after the job is done and I had some complaints. I feel bad that complaining for something like this because I know that it is a hard job. But there was no customer service level that fit the price tag. I know my friend is moving and she has 3 movers for about $120 an hour that will move her entire house. I totally feel like I was ripped off and nobody cared about fixing everything.

I’ve used them twice. First was a whole house move and they were great. I was a mover years ago so I know hacks when I see them. These guys are pros. I used them again a week later to move a new cast iron tub into my house. They did a tremendous job. No a scratch on the tub or the house. These guys are worth the cost, which is reasonable. And take a tip from me, you save money if you pay for a larger crew. Four guys rip through a move much faster than three or two.

These guys exceeded my expectations. They were very cautious and wrapped all my furniture for me to prevent it from getting damaged. They were also very swift and completed everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used this company to move things from my basement into a storage unit then a few weeks later to pack up items and move them to my new home. The supervisor that came to bid the jobs also showed up to make sure everything was going well. The packers and movers were professional and courteous. They took great care to wrap my furniture and protect my walls. They put together the beds and made sure my furniture was placed were I wanted it. I chose this company because they were close to where I lived so the in transit time was minimal. They also were reasonably priced for the amount of work they did. I also appreciated that I wasn’t charged for mileage or fuel. I recommend them for your move. Well worth it!
