We've moved with Gentle Giant twice now, and both times their movers have been fantastic. They're professional, courteous, personable, and they know their trade. When we've had questions about how or why they were doing something in a particular way, they've always taken the time to answer them to our satisfaction, and they've also been very understanding when we want something done in a particular way. Hopefully, we won't be moving again for a long time, but if we do, we'll be calling Gentle Giant first.

I was delighted by the thoughtful manner in which the strong young men interacted with us during our move. The entire production was made less stressful by their helpful and professional manner. I was put at ease and watched with admiration their competent handling of our possessions and their considerate engagement with each other as a productive team.

I needed to schedule a last minute move and Gentle Giant was able to help. The staff is efficient and responsive. I was contacted within the same day of my initial estimate request. The movers were great. Honestly, the drive from old apartment to new apartment took longer than it did for them to move the items. I hopefully won't be moving for another 3 to 4 years but when I do I will be booking with Gentle Giant.

An outstanding moving company that cares about the items to be moved. Careful and methodical about each item moved. I can highly recommend this moving company. There isn't a problem that they can't handle.

I was very happy with the Gentle Giant Moving Company. The customer service on the phone when I was receiving my quote and setting up the moving date was great. I had 2 movers for a job moving mostly just heavy furniture and they were efficient, timely and friendly. Also, the total at the end was even less than the quoted price which I thought was very honest and a nice surprise. I feel as though companies in the past have charged the quoted price even though the amount moved was less than expected. This was not the case with Gentle Giant. Also there was no damage to any furniture and they were able to maneuver within some odd turns and doors. Would hire them again if I were to move.

Beginning to end, Gentle Giant was wonderful. The coordinator, Andrea, and the entire move team on both ends led by Orion, were reliable, punctual, responsible, friendly, and trustworthy. They went out of their way to be accommodating and to make the move as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!

Absolute pro's. Hired them to pack, move out and move in over a 3 day span - did not have 1 issue whatsoever. Very prompt, overly communicative, and came in under what the estimate was. Couldn't have had a better experience with the team that handled my move, and I'm very grateful for GG and making my move seamless.

The BEST experience. The guys had to work around cars parked in the permitted no parking zone. No complaints and they went right to work, not waiting for the car to be towed. Just an awesome, awesome move. Great work and highly recommended.

I used Gentle Giant twice in the past six months, and both moves were excellent. The crews are very professional and punctual. They take care of all the little details making it a very stress free move. I would recommend Gentle Giant to anyone currently looking for a reliable, professional moving company.
