1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100-year mark.

Great venue! Perfect for a nice photo or video shoot. I've worked on a commercial at this location, sat in on filming of a blockbuster movie, and have even had table reads here.
Lighting was amazing. Makeup & Hair set up was on point! Management was very friendly!! I loved my experience there.
Amazing venue for my son's wedding. Lighting for pictures was great and awesome staff.
Got married here in 2011 and couldn't have picked a better spot. Highly recommend for those looking for a blank slate with which to work.
The place to hold the best events in the fashion industry from fashion shows to pop up shops clean, roomy, style, runway all around top of the line I felt like I was in LA.
Ambient + Studio is an amazing venue. My daughter and new son in law just had their wedding there and it was perfect. The staff was plentiful, courteous, and helpful in every way...I suggest the rubber ducky package...The Ambient team made the event very special...I would give them 6 stars, but only 5 are allowed.
Ambient was the perfect space for our wedding, and the staff was super easy (and fun!) to work with.
Awesome venue for any occasion! Ambient lighting is a photographer's dream. This is the place where I attended my granddaughters wedding and I was totally blown away by the sheer vibe of the place! The wedding rocked, too! I'd like to go back and have time to just photograph the inside, outside and surrounding area. Thanks, Karli and JD! Great choice!
I love this space....our school has hosted our annual school auction fundraiser for 3 years. Space is magnificent- loft style space with massive windows, wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, changing rooms, a warehouse elevator we used as a photobooth, good speaker system and lighting throughout. There is storage with tables of all sizes and chairs for rent.
We recently had our wedding here and it was absolutely an incredible experience. I would like to personally thank Jason for being so witty and helpful with my husband and I throughout the whole process of planning a wedding. He allowed us to come earlier than our allotted time on both Friday evening and Saturday morning before the wedding. He is also just generally awesome along with the rest of the staff. Great value for your money. It's an absolutely incredible blank canvas that you can really do anything with. Thank you guys.
