I was initially gonna give a great review cheniqua was great really helpful and committed skipping her lunch and even giving me a call on my off day to explain what was going on my problem was with the finance managers for one there was two one ran my credit the other explained the rates which I thought was weird then I over heard them saying the car wasn't cpo when the carfaxs say it is unless cpo stands for something else then it took 2 day to reach the conclusion that my interest rate wasn't going down which is weird cause they had me with 23% when I put down 3000 which was 24% of the loan but other dealerships gave me 13 to 15% the problem was I couldn't get good insurance at the time cause I was still on my learner's permit so I wasn't able to make the purchase at those dealerships but what was weird is it seems like they was buying time to sell the car to someone else because the price went up online while I was waiting for a reply the first day I understood because when I got their they said many of the banks where closed but the stage I was at I was with one of the finance manager so I'm not sure why I had to wait another day for my sales rep to get back just to tell me they only had the same offer of 23% with gap insurance adding on that "i had to have"and I could refinance down the road with is bs I wish I could remember his name the guy looked like he was good rip me off I think it was travis but I'm not sure if you do go in definitely ask for cheniqua she gives quality customer service
Came in with the wife to possibly look for a car. We were introduced to Mrs. Linda Chandler. Very professional, patient, and super understanding. There was heavy snow out on the cars and she walked out with us in the snow, when our previous Salesperson would not, and she helped us find the vehicle that would best meet our needs. The color we wanted wasn't on the lot so she had it brought over from Clarksville. Great experience! She wasn't selling, but we were sold on her. Thanks Mrs. Linda for such a great sales experience.

Definitely liked my experience here! If you want a great experience here go with Anastasia! For me she was the perfect balance of attentive and helpful without being pushy! Fun to talk too, made the experience enjoyable, and definitely helped me get the car I wanted. Between her and the manager Jamail they ended up getting me in a car on my first visit and I didn't even feel like it was an impulse buy. Got a better car than I thought I'd get for the price I was looking at but they made it happen. But ultimately it was a great car buying experience and I already love my new car. Go see Anastasia now (well during business hours I guess)
My last 4 cars are from them they are the best in all of Md. Mrs. LINDA is wonderful she is my go to rep. She keeps it real and gets you into your dream car by any means.
Solid service dealers. Staff are professional and helpful on issues relating to vehicle performance. Wait times are longer than expected and appointments are usually booked quickly.
This place get a lot of bad reviews but I had a good experience buying a car there this week. Salesman Jim pointed out the car for me . Saleswoman Linda concluded the sale and answered every question I posed. And Brenda, who did my paperwork, was informative and helpful. I would go back to Antwerpen. Paul
Promise you everything will be done , no problems. 3 hours later, still not finished. They said they did my recall. I left. Don't like to be jerked around. My time is valuable.
Top of the Line Experience This was our first new car purchase ever. The experience was totally positive; open, honest, no pressure and supportive in every way - Anastasia kept in mind our needs and wants for our family. Anastasia is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions we had. It was refreshing to work with a sales person who didn't make you feel dumb or try to push you into a car that you didn't need or couldn't afford. Antwerpen Catonsville and Anastasia made our dreams a reality with all of their help and working with us to find the right car at the right price. No wheeling and dealing, just fair and honest number crunching.
Buying a car from the right location and having a knowledgeable, patient and and honest salesperson is what we all expect while shopping for a car. I found both!
