Every time I come I get great customer service. My truck is done in a timely manner and I get to enjoy VIP accommodations while waiting. I still haven't ran into Sasha the Diva but one day.

My son(Jiele Washington) and I went car shopping today and was very pleased with the help, kindness,patience and knowledge from Robert Anderson III and Tim. They were open and honest with us and kept going back to the table until we were Blessed with the best deal. Also gave us suggestions on how to lower my son's rate/payment even more later down the road. My son was discouraged before our visit with Toyota South because his previous car died. Robert and Tim helped in every area of my son's situation so it made his experience easy and pleasant. They treated me the same way when I purchased my car abouts 7 months ago. I was referred to Robert and I referred my son too. Thanks Guys!!!! What a great Team!!!! God Bless!!!

The crew at CS of Atlanta are really nice, the shop is clean and organized. I really have no major complaints because my daughter picked up the car and didn’t report any of the problems that I am now finding since I’ve started driving the car. However. I’ll be in personal contact with the personnel at the shop regarding my issues.

My dad was a car salesmen for the majority of my childhood before he passed, and worked at Toyota South for quite some time so it was extra special to go back here to buy my first brand new car. I ended up buying it from a guy who knew my dad, which made it extra special. Toyota South went above and beyond that day and have continued to go above and beyond for every service since. I even brought my mom down from TN to buy a car from them! I’ll recommend them to anyone in the market!!

I was at Toyota South Atlanta yesterday for the scheduled servicing of my Camry. John Mannering of Service Dept being there it was an excellent experience as always. He is the best . With him you know that you are in the right hands. He listens patiently to your concerns and makes sure that they are taken proper care of. The other staff members there are also so polite and helpful that you feel at home . I've been coming here for the last almost 9 years now and I will definitely recommend Atlanta South to all. Keep up the excellent work.

My experience with Toyota South was excellent. My salesman, Robert Anderson, was very personable, listened to my request, and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle I did not want. Everyone I interacted with, from start to finish, was wonderful. I was very happy with my experience, and love my new vehicle. My experience was great with the salesman, Terry Strickland. He was very personable and efficient in getting me into the car I wanted. I walked on the lot and he worked very diligently to get me a great deal. He truly takes care of his customers. The dealership itself is friendly. The process was not long at all. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman Terry Strickland!
