I brought my 2015 Mini Cooper S into the Service Dept for a knocking sound in front wheel which turned out to be a rocker arm. While there the mechanic found an oil leak in the engine so they fixed that too. All the work was done under my extended warranty which I bought thru another dealer. The great thing about Josh and his team at Mini is they worked directly with my warranty provider to get inspection and approvals done without me doing a thing! I appreciate that when it took longer than planned due to the warranty requirements, Josh provided me a loaner car which was exactly what I needed. My car runs great now and I only paid my $150 deductible. The work took about 5 days and the warranty part another 2 days but it was a lot of work and I didn’t care since I had the loaner. Now I just want a newer Mini which I will likely buy from them later this year. Highly recommend these guys and will return if needed. (I also love that I could set up the appointment online and make changes as my schedule permits.) Cynthia A.

I went in for a routine oil change but a bent oil pan was discovered. Mike Gardner and the service technicians went above and beyond to rectify the problem and make me feel secure in the fact that the job was being done right. I was in town to spend time with my granddaughters and they had no problem getting me a loaner so that I could enjoy the planned activities for my visit to Austin. Austin Mini was great and I highly recommend them. Mike was in constant phone contact with me keeping me well informed every step of the way. Thanks Mike and Austin Mini!

People at Mini of Austin are friendly, helpful and communicate often. They provided efficient and accurate service when we were traveling away from home. We are willing to drive the extra hour past San Antonio to be serviced at Austin. A special thanks to Josh who went out of his way to accommodate our travel difficulties when picking up our Mini!

I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Countryman and came out with a new Countryman hybrid. Robert took a LOT of time with me and answered a million questions. I also particularly love the service department, Bear is the best. I highly recommend the tire insurance if you're considering buying a Mini, too!

Mini of Austin is an amazing dealership! From sales to service they are outstanding, attentive and professional! I recently left my Cooper S Convertible for service and received updates along the way. They were able to get me in, get me a loaner car and even deal with a recall on my convertible top. I am about to purchase my third car from Mini of Austin. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mini of Austin remains the best car dealership I have ever used. They always do the needed work, and do a thorough check to make sure there is nothing else that should be done. My advisor Josh is great to work with, and always tells me exactly what work was done and answers any questions. They are even able to interpret my vague descriptions and requests.
