We traveled from Clovis, New Mexico to Albuquerque, New Mexico, during the recent snowstorm. We were very impressed with our car as we traveled through snow packed roads and never slid or got stuck. The maneuverability of the CS5 AWD was awesome! My husband has driven 4 wheel drive vehicles all his life and this car has been the best he's driven. Would most definitely recommend this car!!

Justin and Matthew were great to work with, very professional. I walked in expecting the usual games most dealerships play, but this one was different than anything I've dealt with before. There were no hidden fees, no need for hard bargaining, and the accounting dept didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless services, one the ones that were truly beneficial for me to have.

Shop if you must .. , but you’ll be back: to this independently owned car dealership!! Friends & family are saying .. , they never before heard of anyone having such a positive experience buying a new car. Even having done plenty of research before finally walking-in, I was beautifully taken care-of there. When you call.. be sure to speak with the manager- his voice will right away offer a reassuring sense of someone who’s ‘got your back’. Happy driving!!

Fantastic service. I had a busy day, with several appointments, when my check engine light came on. I brought it in, explained my busy day, and asked them to keep me updated on their progress so I could plan my day. Their staff was fantastic in keeping me informed, with Julia coming over to the waiting area and letting me know when the car was being pulled in, how long each step would take, and making sure I could make my appointments. I will continue to use their service center for the quality service and the great people.

I never go anywhere else for my Mazda. I've tried independent garages, but it's worth a little extra $ to get repairs from a group of folks who appreciate their customers, and have skilled staff who work to get it done right!! They have all the updated information and quality parts for your Mazda or Volkswagen, so there are no expensive revisits or guessing games. They'll help you prioritize repairs if you're on a budget.

Crystal is by far the BEST service representative we’ve ever had. She is always putting my mind at ease. She isn’t pushy or tries to sell me more than I need. She has never taken advantage of the fact that I am uneducated in the car area. My daughter loves her and we continually go back to University VW for her. If she weren’t there we’d find somewhere else to go.

Ask for Gary when you stop by, he was fantastic! I had first went over to Garcia Volkswagen, as I saw a car I liked there. They seemed rather shady and deceptive right off the bat. I decided to go with something more practical and found a car I liked at University, and the whole process was stress free and very easy. They were never pushy, and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
