I was shown one car and was charged the same price for a car without power windows or door locks as one with. When I asked to see more cars, I was told my credit was too bad for another car. However, it wasn't so bad that they didn't sell me a car. I was given the car to take home and signed a contract. A week later I was told there was a problem with the bank and other financing had to be secured. I was asked to come back and sign a new contract with the new lender. The new contract had a much higher interest rate and higher monthly payment. I was told to sign the contract or leave the car. This is considered a "Yo-Yo Scam" and is against the law according to my attorney. The contract I signed is a Retail Installment Contract with Reliable. I recommend that before you buy a car, READ the entire contract and don't let anyone verbally explain the sections you need to initial quickly. You probably have already been in the dealership for 5 hours, so take another hour and read the front and the back of the contract before you sign it.

I don't write reviews all the time but I had to because of the quality of service my wife and I got from Joshua Day he was professional and answered all our questions. J.R was also great too. I bought a Ford Truck from you guys and Ill send people to Reliable Nissan if they are looking for a car/truck

I've had to bring my vehicle in twice and Jed has made my visit extremely fast and easy in so many ways; he was patient, courteous and explained the entire process thoroughly. We need more people like this so customers will not be so apprehensive about car repairs and the fees you'll encounter. I got my vehicle back in 2 days and it was a great experience.
