Rich Mohammed and his sales manager (sorry that I'm forgetting your name!) were incredibly helpful when my boyfriend came in to lease his new 2019 Grand Cherokee last weekend. They took the time to go over options and weren't pushy at all, which was a huge relief after terrible expirences with other dealerships. The entire process was painless and we both left happy with our decision to lease from Quirk. I'm already looking forward to leasing my next Jeep with Quirk when my current lease is up.
I've also been servicing my 2018 Jeep Compass at Quirk since I purchased it from a different dealership. The service department has been helpful with the few issues that I've ran into and were incredibly responsive when I asked questions.

Had to bring my Jeep here twice in the space of 2 months. First time was after 3 days of purchasing the car(purchased from an online seller) the exhaust pipe fell and this location was suggested to me by the company I purchased the Jeep from. It took them a month to get the Jeep back to me, after getting the run around from the warranty company. First time around I felt as though I had to be the one contacting Quirk to find out the status. Turns out I needed more than just a new exhaust, from the pictures posted I needed new tires, a new belly pan and a few other things(I can't recall). But once everything was done there was no issues with turnover. After a month of driving I had to bring her back due to an oil leak(not sure if related), this time things were smoother. No external warranty company to go back and forth with seeing I was still under manufacturer's warranty. Was able to drop my car off overnight, leaving my key in a lockbox and having the repair done and returned the next day. Thank heavens I didn't have to wait another month!!😊

Sam was very efficient. Worked fast and patiently to work out the perfect deal with me. No vehicle purchase is 100% smooth, but this was definitely the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you Sam and Quirk team.
Someone recommended this dealership to me and I’m glad I ended up coming to this one! I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. My salesman was Phap Tran and he was great, not pushy at all. I enjoyed the fact that I could look at vehicles without being followed around by salesman. When I chose the vehicle I wanted, I went inside to talk prices and Phap was very helpful throughout the entire process. Every single person I dealt with there was welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership.
I just recently leased my second vehicle from Quirk in Dorchester. I had been in contact for a few months and decided to go in on a Friday later in the afternoon. I was able to be helped right away and made comfortable. I worked with Lauren and went over a couple of my options. She was very thorough in making the things I needed happen. I was able to upgrade my lease early and I love my new car. After I left I noticed something with my wheel and went back the next day. Lauren was helping another customer but everyone went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. The service department was also awesome all around. I would recommend this dealership for any of your needs!
Just had hands down the best car dealership experience I have ever had! I was greeted by Sam, and I explained that I was due to turn in my lease from another Quirk dealership. I wanted to possibly get into a Grand Cherokee if I could roll the overages from my current lease into the next one. He said that would be no problem. We sat down and he asked what I wanted for options if I got a grand cherokee. He didn't try to have me test drive the best most expensive one on the lot, which I have gotten before with other dealers. (to be clear I had no intention of test driving anything. I was prepared to walk away if they couldn't work with my current lease). We talked about some options and he suggested that I take a look at the Laredo Upland. It has all the features of the limited (except leather) but without the price of the Limited. He set us up with Lauren (sales person) and she went with us for the test drive. She's very knowledgeable, comforting and also not pushy. We loved the ride and the features. We talked about what I wanted to pay, them paying off my lease, including the mileage. And at no point did I feel pressured into anything. It felt more of a new friend-type experience than anything else. They came in with a price just under my tipping point and I was actually a little surprised. Once I said yes, Robert from the finance team went over the application and he was also super nice. He talked slowly, and even though it may have been routine for him it didn't feel like he was just going through the motions.
All in all, everyone I met there was just the nicest of people. I was comfortable through whole process. I really still am shocked that I ended up walking out of there with a new Jeep, but I really don't think I can have any more pleasant experience at a car dealership!
My husband and I stopped into Quirk looking for a two door wrangler.
We were kindly greeted by Rich who was one of the most helpful car salesmen I have ever met. He was not push at all and helped put us in the perfect wrangler. Rich and his team really made us feel confident in our purchase. We are super excited and will definitely recommend these guys in the future!
I drove in from the suburbs because Quirk's on-line pricing was better than I could get locally and it was worth the trip! I worked with Lauren and after a couple of hours drove away in a new RAM 1500 Classic. The whole process was painless and I got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again Lauren for making the buying process enjoyable.
Tony Huang at Jeep was one of the most helpful car sales people I’ve ever met. Took his time and listened to my needs and made sure that I was put in the right vehicle for me. Laid out all of the financials and made the process extremely easy. Great customer service both from him and the finance managers here. Definitely will be back in a few years.
Tony is an amazing salesman! He is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He answered all of our questions and gave us practically his whole afternoon. He really cared that we got the right car for us. He brought us water and was very good at keeping the conversation moving as we waited for financing. We are very pleased and he is an asset to Quirk. Sincerely recommend him! 😃👍
