I am delighted with my vehicle purchase from alfredo and Austin Auto brokers.I bought a 2014 Town and Country touring van. It runs great and looks beautiful. Alfredo, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable, very professional and very helpful. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly. They gave me a great deal. They gave me a good trade in on my car. Plus I got a 2-year maintenance free. I would highly recommend Austin Auto brokers and Alfredo for anything you need in the way of a car purchase.

The entire experience at Austin Auto Brokers from start to finish was wonderful! (And fast— which was very important to me!) Alex was my sales agent and he was genuine, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. John, the owner, was more than fair about pricing on my trade-in vehicle and transparent about his business practice— which, in my experience, is a rare situation when shopping for a car! Not to mention, the inventory at this dealership is full of desirable cars. I test drove several I liked and am happy with the great-value vehicle I ended up going with. I’ve already recommended Austin Auto Brokers to my friends who are interested in a great car buying experience.

This was one of the Best Experiences of my Life. The customer service is Premium and they treated me like a MVP who just won the lottery. They brought my intrest rate down from 20% to 3.9%. I was literally in Awe to see how hard and dedicated they work to get you the vehicle you want and get you the best and lowest financing rate. This is an Amazing place. Go see Alfredo. Super knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership was easy to deal with. Purchasing a car was very streamline. Every car comes a 3 month warranty on engine, transmission and drive train . Also they give a free 2 year low cost maintenance program. You just sign up and you go to a service station near you. Best of all I love my new car! Thank you Alfredo!

Alfredo was great to work with! I do a lot of research online before going out to test drive, so we had a good idea of what we wanted. We called ahead to make sure the vehicle we'd seen online was still there. When we got there it was busy and my first thought was that it would take forever, but Alfredo already had the key out and ready for us, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. Anyone can be nice and knowledgeable (he was both), but it takes something extra to anticipate customer needs so that you're always prepared. We talked about other cars that would fit our needs, but ultimately only drove the one we'd gone to look at and decided it was the one. We had our own financing, but the finance manager also seemed very straightforward when we signed all the paperwork. They give you a short warranty with the sale (on the car we got anyway), making me comfortable that even if there was an issue that couldn't be detected in a test drive or a once over by a mechanic, it was be fixed at little/no cost to me. Overall an excellent experience.
