I used to like Ford cars but with Pompano Ford Lincoln, I love ford cars. Everything super easy and smooth. The showroom is super clean and relaxing. The staff are very welcoming. This is my 3rd lease with awesome experience and trust. Feb 28 2018, I was there for the maintenance of my Lincoln. Everything went as I expected profesnally & on time.

My car was in for recall work. The parts had been ordered 1 month prior and when they came in I received a call. Jeff, the service rep was excellent. He kept me updated via text and phone calls. The only downside is the fact that you make an appointment for a particular day and then they keep the car overnight and don't work on it until the next day. My question to them was: then why do I need an appointment if you aren't getting to it until the next day? In any case, the work was done and Jeff was a pleasure to deal with.

I had a few issues with my car and is mostly because of the Flex Fuel but I have to say Adam Alyan as my contact and he was beyond amazing. He kept me updated to everything going on with my car and was super attentive and sincere with me. If I ever have any problems with no doubt in the world he will be my go to person from now on. I was very iffy of Ford but he turned.my whole experience around and I fell back in love with my little Ford Focus

My salesman, Mark couldn’t have been any more helpful or considerate to my needs. The finance part of getting a new car can always be a little stressful, but Pete made it a breeze. Thank you all.

Ever since we switched out of our Ford Mustang Convertible for economical reasons, my husband has talked about his want for a new one. So this year I relented and when it came time for him to get a new car we went to Pompano Ford and met Kevin "The Convertible King" Mullane for a new one and we were not disappointed! The service was great and quick, they didn't make us wait the 'dealership hour' to get back about negotiations and we were out of there with a new convertible we didn't even think we were going to buy within a few hours. The car is in amazing shape and came with the Ford certifications so it was a deal we couldn't pass up. When my lease is up, we'll be coming here to look for anther car!

Amy Barrueco was extremely helpful in making sure my service visit was stress-free. She was patient with my questions and allowed me time to make my decision. The service was fine, but it took quite a few minutes of me standing by my vehicle in the service lane before anyone acknowledged me. I was assigned a specific service advisor, but I was unable to locate them (or anybody) when I arrived, so I went back and stood by my vehicle and waited for someone. The waiting lounge was nice, but certainly not as nice as others I've been in at other dealerships. This was my first time at the service department (I've used the pickup service before, which is fabulous), and I must say I guess I was expecting it to be a little more organized for a "luxury" car brand.

Great experience. Stopped for an oil change and maintenance inspection with no appointment. Greeted immediately. I was given a time frame of 2 hours which I thought was good. Within an hour and a half I was on my way and that includes a great inside and out wash job. Special thanks to my service advisor. Friendly and polite. I had a few special request and she got it right.

I’ve been coming to Pompano Ford Lincoln for 20 years and have always had excellent service. The reps are first class. They always take care of my car as quickly as possible and are very nice and helpful and genuinely seem to care. This is my 3rd Lincoln and my rep is Mike Akel, who is a great guy! He’s personable and knowledgeable and takes great care of my car every single time! The other rep, Amy, is also great! It’s nice that they will work together to take excellent care of you. Highly recommend.
