Mr. Philip Long's story began in 1918 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where he lived until the eighth grade. He spent his high school years at Principia Academy and college years at Principia College in Missouri, graduating in 1940. After just one year of law school at the University of Michigan, Mr. Long enlisted in the United States Navy.

Buying a new car can be a very daunting process. We originally discarded the idea of buying a new car until we came to realize that incentives and the best warranty in the business made practical sense. Phil Long Hyundai and our salesman, Mike Hardiman, made the process easy and enjoyable. No pressure, No shady tactics just upfront business. I would most certainly recommend these vehicles and this dealership to anyone in the market!

If I could rate this less than one star I would. I moved from out of state and found a bulge in my tire. The tire was brand new. I had to show up at Phil long and call and email and also contact Hyundai consumer affairs for them to look at. A week and a half after the bulge was discovered and I had to drive in it during that time, they said the bulge was due to a pot hole (which I have never hit with the new tire) and it wasn’t under warranty and I am out almost 200 more dollars for another new tote which I will not be purchasing from them. When I went in for my appointment the service manager never ever spoke to me. The only professional was Wolf who was my service advisor. After leaving I discovered that when they took my tire off to inspect it the mechanic literally took a giant chunk out of my rim. So I had to beg for help in the first place to be denied my warranty only for them to cause more damage to my car I cannot afford. I will NEVER go to any Phil long dealership for absolutely anything. Worst Hyundai experience of my life.
I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am to Phil long Hyundai on the purchase of my car. They went above and beyond on looking for the right car for me and under my budget. I want to especially take the time to say how Tom White was outstanding in guiding me thur the whole process and making it as easy as possible. A big Thank you to all. This is the second car I've purchased at Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City in Colorado Springs, and I would never go anywhere else. Every person I've encountered there has been friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark Feustel has been my sales consultant on both this car and my previous one, and he is wonderful to work with! He's very patient with my many questions and has worked hard to get me great deals that are in line with my budget. I would refer friends and co-workers to him without any hesitation.
