Great experience overall. Got me a great car without trying to take advantage of me as someone not very knowledgeable about cars. Great quality & price. Only complaint was that the buying process took longer than i had wanted, as i had to wait for the finance manager to get through multiple other clients before finishing my paperwork. Maybe aim to go during non-peak hours so they’re less busy!

Had an appointment at 840am for a 90000 service on my Hyundai. Rep Shawn Blazek got me checked in super fast. He was very friendly and courteous. He called to give me updates had my car back within a couple of hours. I'm glad I found this heritage Hyundai they are much better than Jones Hyundai in Bel air

My service on 4/4/19 was great! I was able to get the 1st appointment of the day. In and out oil change before work. The young lady that registered me was nice and professional and knowledgeable of her duties and offered helpful suggestions! Thank you for taking notice of my previous reviews and making fine adjustments!

I live out of state and the employees and Management at Heritage Hyundai went above and beyond making me feel welcome and at ease with my purchase. I never felt like I was bothering them if I had to call with a quick question (which I did, a lot). Communication is a big deal to me and they were always prompt with their responses. I was looking at another dealership in the area and Heritage excelled where they fell short. Leroy Mack did an incredible job with me from start to finish. I highly recommend using Heritage Hyundai if you are in the market for a Hyundai.

Brought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport in for maintenance and a problem with the left front suspension. We found out it was the ball joint and had it fixed. After it was fixed and spent over $700 for other misc work done, I was told it was ready. After leaving and driving for about 10 to 15 mins I noticed that something was horribly wrong. It felt like the rear tires were not spinning and locking up while on the throttle. I immediately call the dealership back and was told to bring it back. Found out that after they finished working on the vehicle they never took it for a test drive to make sure everything was fixed. Once the techs took another look at the vehicle, I was told that a rear coupling needed to be fixed and it was going to cost $1200. No one could explain how a rear coupling could randomly fail when all work was to be completed at the front end of the vehicle. This was not only a failure of safety by the tech and dealership but service department to not even apologize for what happened shows a lack of concern for customer loyalty and safety. Before this incident I never had a problem with this dealership and had been going to them for more then 4 years and was very happy with their service. I will now be going to another dealership for my maintenance and concerns.

It's our third Hyundai and the purchases just keep getting better. I love my new Tucson, Stan Gabrovski has been the most honest and reliable salesman - always in a good mood and fun to work with! They had to reach out to multiple partners to obtain the exact vehicle that I wanted and did so AND delivered within 24 hours! The best!

Another great car buying experience! Jack Coco and the whole sales team were excellent. I drove 45 minutes to purchase both my cars at this dealership- it must be good!! Plus the Hyundai brand is an outstanding value and all the cars are fun to drive!
