I visited Mall of Georgia Mazda for my 95,000 mile service and to have some additional engine work this week and I could not have been more pleased with their service. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, made sure that I was able to have a space to work remotely while my service was being conducted, and came in way under my budget for the work that I needed to have completed. I have been to almost every other Mazda Dealership Service Center on the east side of Atlanta - None have been able to match Mall of Georgia Mazda. Although I do not live close to this dealership, I will definitely be back for my 100,000 mile service.

Great experience here from working with Bryce Barnes up front to find our perfect car to at the dealership with Cleveland Luster helping us finalize our purchase. Both were super knowledgeable, thoroughly answered all our questions and got us a great value on our 2016 Mazda6! Highly recommend!

I worked with Dylan, and he worked very hard looking for different vehicles for me. He was polite and very concerned about locating the perfect vehicle for me; took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different vehicle I was looking at. Those were the Mazda CX 9, Honda Pilot and then he located a Ford Explorer for me that was perfect. I am very thankful that he did not give up on finding me what I needed and wanted.

I had the pleasure of purchasing 2 trucks this past week from this group. Dealing with Mike and Garry to find me the right vehicles is always amazingly easy. Glad I came back and gave this place a second chance. The first time I came to visit, my sales rep called and emailed me an excessive amount (sometimes 3 per day). This time everything went super smooth. If you come here, ask for ~~Chris Roman~~ and tell him I sent you. He is a phenomenal sales rep and really knows his cars (or at least the Mazda6). Was super informative and kept to the features that everyone cares about, not the trivial things. Even though they didn't have my car on the lot, he didn't try to hard sell me on one that was on the lot. He asked maybe twice, but then went to ask if they could order exactly what I wanted. When we started talking price, he didn't mind being honest about pricing and features that were or weren't included. You could tell that he cared about us buying a car, but didn't care about the price as long as it was something we were comfortable with (the sales reps, to my understanding, are hourly employees). I took a single star off for the management. I know they are doing their job and are trying to make as much money as possible, but they tried to change the agreement on me, and even after I said they weren't going to sell me on an extended warranty, they still spent 15 minutes informing me about why I should get the warranty. Overall a great buying experience and got a pretty decent deal. I'm happy with my purchase and the price I got it fo

Go see Cannon, honest, and easy to talk to. My wife and I found ourselves unexpectedly in need of a new car following a car accident. It was unexpected, so we had a very strict budget we wanted to hold, and yet we had a few 'must have' features for our new car. The car accident was a no-fault head on collision in our Mazda 3, the other drive failed to yield and turned left into her lane as she passed through a green light. It all happened so fast that the brakes were not even touched. It was a total loss, the Mazda 3 was crushed, unrecognizable, and air bags deployed. But my wife walked away without any major injuries. The safety features of the 2014 Mazda 3 saved my wife's life. So we went back to our Mazda dealership because we knew we could trust the Mazda 3 with our safety, Mazda proved it. We met with Cannon, told him our limited budget, and the features we needed, and he put us in exactly the right car. Making our bad situation into something bright, we love our new Mazda 3.

Bought our Mazda3 yesterday from here and the experience I left with was beyond exceptional. I worked with Canon Smith for the purchase and I can't say how happy I am with the way he took care of everything - right from test drive to closing on the car. I had my concerns going into a dealership but Canon was different. He is honest and professional. Never once did he pressurize me into buying the car. He always only checked if I had any questions on the car. That really helped me into making a decision. It didn't end there - he did everything in his capacity in getting me a great deal (along with Carly from finance) and ALSO delivered the car to our house upon requesting. I couldn't have asked for more honestly. I bought cars before but never had such a pleasant experience. On a side note - all of their staff is really into cars and thoroughly know what they are selling. Lastly, be sure to ask for Canon when you are here!
