I had an issue with my 2016 Pathfinder and William in the service dept went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. I have made several purchases from Antwerpen and they have always taken care of me. While it would be nice to have some of the frills that you'll find in some other dealerships like free car washes, you will find great service, a clean waiting area, and a friendly staff. Another thing I appreciate is the fact that in my over a decade of doing business with them, I continue to see the same staff nearly 100%, which tells me that they're being treated good enough to stay. That's something you don't see in many places; especially a car dealership!

The car dealer that my mom and I worked with name is Gregg. Gregg was understanding and honest with us about the process of buying my first car. Also, he showed me everything that I need to know about the car and how it functions. Then, the Sales Manager John was extremely pleasant and outgoing with my mom and I discussing the deal we made with them from our trade in. Thanks to the staff I'm now a extremely satisfied car buyer.

Mr. Scott and Mr. Michael and Mr. Ernest, made my car buying experience there a breeze. Being preapproved by my bank made a huge difference in time. The gentlemen went above and beyond to bring the exact vehicle I wanted to their location.

I have been going to this dealership for a few years. Just recently my 2017 Juke was repaired by Service tech Ken and my Service rep was William. These two were awesomeness. Ken was determined to diagnose my vehicle properly and William kept me updated. Great team work here! I have my vehicle back on the road and she rides new again. :-)
They took my number to call when my vehicle was done and they NEVER called.
The cashier needs to wake up. If you tell a customer that you will call them in a minute, at least in an hours time give a call. Don't let the customer call two hours later....
A regular/ known customer should be able to pay with a credit or debit card via telephone.
What a wonderful experience I had at Nissan today. I saw and drove the best 2019 Nissan Rogue and was assisted by some amazing people. They included a fellow Air Force member, fellow Army member and a truly genuine soul Keith. It was the quickest I have ever purchased a car and it was because of the their diligence and excellence to service. I would definitely recommend them to any and all. Thank you all.
