Art & Soul Studio, Atlanta, USA, April 2024

I made reservations for a mother's day outing with my children. I drove 2 hours to get there & was told I had to come back 3 hours later due to the fact that they double booked the studio. I was spoken to very rudely by the other person who booked the studio twice. She said she wasn't going to share the studio with me & there were 2 empty tables there. The studio allowed this lady to bully me out of studio time when I had a reservation as well. I told the other customer thanks for ruining my mothers day with a few other choice words & walked out. Her husband came up to my car cussing me out & threatening me with my children in the car. I came back 3 hours later as discussed. The other party was still there & I was told to come back some other time because they weren't sure when the other party would be leaving. My mothers day was ruined. The owner offer me an apology & a buy one get one free mug painting. That was absolutely nothing compared to the humiliation & embarrassment that I endured. I highly don't recommend them.

GROUPON BEWARE: (may have to ensure space is available walk-ins are not welcome) But for the most part, it's a great place, they offer help, instructions, and ideas for completing your project.

Very nice place, staff was excellent. The only problem was I took a group of seniors and there was a flight of stairs without a ramp. They were very tired but enjoyed themselves other than that.

Just had my daughter's 8th birthday party here and it was a blast! We did a guided canvas art project and the teacher was amazing with dealing with 17 kids. Maybe a little pricey, but I am willing to pay for high-level service. It was worth it! We will be back.
