Every single person in this office is extremely friendly - from the front desk to Dr. Briggs himself. I was nervous that I might be pressured into getting a second set of braces, rather than another retainer. They were totally understanding and we able to get me set up with a new retainer like I was intending. I was in a time crunch for work, and they were able to accommodate me wonderfully. I would highly recommend Austin Orthodontics!

We went for a consultation today with Dr. Briggs and we had a really great experience. This was our 2nd consult for braces and wow was I blown away at the difference in level of care. It was very in-depth and explained clearly. It was less expensive than the other place and the staff was truly amazing!! Mike was great!

My daughter had an amazing experience with Austin Orthodontics. The staff were always friendly and she always knew what to expect with her visits. Dr Briggs kept her up to date on what was happening. We will definitely use Austin Orthodontics when our son needs braces.

After my permanent retainer (received elsewhere) came loose, Dr. Briggs et al. made a Friday appointment for me on very short notice to accommodate my upcoming move overseas. They were courteous and friendly, and Dr. Briggs gave great personalized advice on retainer options. Removed my old top bonded retainer, put in a shorter bonded retainer just between my front teeth, and scanned my jaw to make a removable top retainer for night use.

This was our first time coming to see Dr. Briggs, and it was great. The staff was very friendly, the office is large, modern, and spacious with lots of windows and natural light, and the large exam room was spacious but comfortable. My son left with a t-shirt and ice cream, so you know he was happy!

Dr.Briggs and his team are wonderful. From the time my daughter & I walked in for the first visit, it’s been a pleasant experience, be it the greetings or the casual conversations to keep you relaxed. They have always been flexible with appointments. Dr. Briggs is excellent, very gentle and kind. His staff is friendly & courteous. I’m glad I found the right doctor for my daughter.
