Called around 1130pm, gave me price and 30 minute response time. Got there took care of lockout. Had called 4 other tow/roadside with no answer or call back. Late hours are tough I get it but for San Francisco, after hours should be after 4am. Thanks for being available and best to your family business.

I am very grateful for B & A's service. After my car was incapacitated, they came to give me a tow. Rather than simply towing, they checked under the hood and saw that the gearshift cable was disconnected. He was able to reconnect the cable and get the car running so I could bring it to a shop! Highly recommend!

Great experience with B&A freeway patrol. My tire got punctured on highway 101, and they helped me immediately free of charge. The technician was really professional and fast. I highly recommend this service. Great people!
