We have been looking for a car for a while. Jim was super easy to work with, honest and the first salesman I even considered working with after my 3 year search. Great stepping stone for us. This little place in the little town of Baltimore has a lot of options and even better a great salesman to help.

Do not buy a car from this shady place! Check engine light was on and two of the windows wouldn’t roll down. We were told all was fixed and to come get the car. Got there and nothing was fixed, we were told to set up a date to return and get everything fixed....Then we were told we drove it off the lot “as is”. We are currently filing for small claims court to receive the cost of parts. Timing chain went out, still currently fixing other parts that was there place to fix! We have messages from Jim and a hand written letter that was just written on some random paper saying he would fix the issue....we will let the courts decide but in the meantime please don’t waste your money or time.

Worst service ever, rushed me into the car sale, told me I have a warranty and lied about the warranty. On the way home the car started smoking and I lived 2.5 hours away, they told me fix it no problem we will cover it. Next thing I know I paid 1500 out of pocket and not returning my phone calls. Then A few weeks later the car smoked from a different spot, brakes locked up, and axel was leaking all within the first couple weeks!! Worst place ever to buy a car from and I am very disappointed!!! Jim and his boss promissed me to take care of me and never did and I have the texts to prove it !! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY A CAR GROM HERE!!!

We drove 2 hrs to make our purchase from Jim at Baltimore Cars. He was very accommodating, straight forward and honest. His selection of vehicles is great and his pricing is very fair. We are pleased with our transaction and will def consider Baltimore Car Sales and Jim when it comes time for our next purchase.

It is just about one month ago that I purchased the 2013 Black Mustang convertible and the extended warranty. I could not be any more happier with my car! I would give Baltimore Car Sales LLC a 10 Star rating if I could! We live about 3 hours away and Jim was very accommodating for meeting us before usual open time on a Saturday. Jim was not at all pushy, told us what he knew about the car and worked out a deal for our budget. It was a great experience working with Jim and I am loving my new ride! Thank you for everything Jim!
