We rented some candlesticks for our head table and our ceremony arch from Beautiful Event Rentals. They were the perfect touch to finish off the look of our wedding. On-time delivery and pick-up, and easy to work with! Their entire inventory is so dreamy, I could have easily gone overboard.

We used Beautiful Event Rentals for our wedding this past December. We rented the box hedge, a white love seat, and two of the natural farm tables. All of the pieces were beautiful and in great condition! They added so much to our wedding. I would recommend Beautiful Event Rental and I would use them again.

I’ve rented from this company twice and both times were unpleasant experiences. The first time I ordered two acrylic pedestals with tops that I was told could be placed side by side to create the look of a seamless table. Upon setting them up we realized the pedestals were two different sizes and could not be set up the way they were described. One was taller than the other and we had to use coasters to make them the same size which was an eyesore considering they’re acrylic. I was given a partial refund and an apology so I gave the company another change recently by renting 4 hedge wall panels. Each panel came with 2 bases that you needed to screw in on site. I personally feel like they should already come standing but this wasn’t my issue. My issue is that I was given 1 screw per base when they needed 4 screws per base. To add that up, I was given 8 screws total when they needed 32 screws total. This is unacceptable. I rented these panels for $500+ I shouldn’t have to spend hours trying to figure out how to get them to stand and obtaining more screws. Not only that, they kept falling forward so we had to secure them to the wall with command hooks and fishing line. Literally the only instructions I was given when picking them up was to screw in the bases, there was no mention of needing more screws or how to keep them from falling forward. Also, the hedge was falling off and the ends did not match. Lastly, I brought my concerns to Cammie, the owner and have yet to receive a reply. I will never order from this company again.

Beautiful Event Rentals added the perfect touches needed to bring my vision of wedding to life! I wanted the head tables to be different than the other tables, the farm tables were amazing for that! They were absolutely beautiful! I also rented 2 macrame runners for the cake and gift table! The marble chargers and gold silverware for the head table was just the cherry on top. Everything they own is beautiful and it was money well spent to bring something different to my reception!!
