I had best experience buying a car for my daughter today. I have purchased over 20 cars in my life time and this was one of the most pleasant one thus far and that's saying a lot. Simon was honest and very pleasant to work with. They were not pushy at the finance department. I would come back here for my next car for sure.

We set an appointment to come in to take a look at a car. When we arrived, we were introduced to person we arranged an appointment with and then it took him 30 minutes with very little communication to get the car ready we had set the appointment. Then after taking a test drive we looked at 2 additional cars and made a decision to purchase. We asked if we could go to lunch while the paperwork was drawn up and the sales person said it would be quick. We proceeded to sit around for an hour and half doing nothing. We could have easily gone to lunch while paperwork was finished. After this we finally we taken to finance. While our sales guy was nice, we can't understand why it takes 5 hours to purchase a car and why we couldn't leave and come back when it was all ready?

We love our new 2016 Pilot from Beverly Hills BMW! I'm not kidding when I say I talked to every dealer in town to buy this car. Tempe was the easiest to work with. Saad listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! Him and Christian, the business manager made the transaction a pleasant experience. We did have minor issues after the purchase but management responded very quickly and went above and beyond!

Awfully responsive when it comes to taking your money, not so responsive when you encounter a post-sale issue. They sold me a CPO BMW i3 with no accidents, now that I am going to sell it, an accident has popped up on the CARFAX from a year before I bought it. They either sold me a car with an accident and told me it didn't have an accident, or there is a CARFAX error. Just looking for clarification, but cannot get in contact with ANYONE. Every time I call they just direct me to some voicemail box that probably hasn't been checked since 1988. Was told I would be called 3 days ago by the sales manager, never got a call. Called again today and was told the used car manager would call me in 1 hour and... you guessed it! Haven't gotten a call. Pretty terrible service from an 'esteemed' dealer. I'm sure if I called back saying I wanted to lease a new car they'd be all over me though....

Couldn't be more disappointed with the customer service, finance and DMV team Beverly Hills BMW. I purchased a new car from them over a year ago, and traded in my old BMW. They failed to file the paperwork properly, and I've been hit with fines, charges and now deductions from my Tax Return due to their complete incompetence. Over a year later and I've gone out of my way to resolve this on multiple occasions, but they only seem to care about making a sale, not taking care of their customers.

Go see Ray- he’s absolutely amazing and treated me like family! They stayed late on a Sunday for me to finish purchasing my car and explained everything to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with! 100% recommend :)

My experience at the dealership was great specifically because of the customer service provided by Sanya. She was the reason I decided to not consider other dealerships. She is very attentive and will work hard to get you what you want. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely refer her and the dealership to all of my friends and family.

My first experience at a BMW dealership and I was glad it was with Beverly Hills BMW. They provided outstanding customer service from the salesman AZ Moosa to the finance manager Greg Leonard. Thank you both for my first and certainly not the least BMW I will own. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great car buying experience. Salesman met us within minutes of pulling in with a friendly smile. Before looking at cars, he asked what we were looking for and who would be driving the car. He then talked to my wife asking her questions and spent time looking at different options and prices based on her input. Once we had settled on the vehicle (Honda CRV) he showed us at least 3 different versions and colors to ensure we were happy with the choice. We had to leave for food, which he said was fine and even introduced us to his manager in the event he got busy. No high pressure, just a great experience. Financing was a smooth experience, followed by a very thorough delivery process. 5 hours from start to finish, my wife and I were very happy.

I purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Beverly Hills and the dealership was very courteous and I had a very nice experience. I called before I came down and spoke to AZ. When I got to the dealership the car I was looking at was already out in front. I walked in and was greated immediately by AZ as I walked through the dealership. We took a test drive and took the vehicle to my mechanic for a look over. I paid cash for the vehicle and the process of purchase was completed within a very short time. After purchasing the vehicle I needed to leave my other vehicle at their dealership overnight and they were very courteous and allowed me to leave it there until the next day. From how they handle there used car sales I was quite impressed with the dealership. They have clean, nicely reconditioned vehicles at decent prices. Highly recommended.
