Just did a quick walk through and we will try to come back and stay at this beautiful old hotel. Always nice to see places that have spent the money to keep a place looking as grand as it used to be. Very peaceful setting. A monstrous pool and the staff is soooo eager to please. It is a bit on the expensive side but I guess that’s to be expected.

Having stayed at The Biltmore Hotel on several trips to Miami over the last year, I am happy to report that this historic hotel keeps getting better and better. First off, all of the rooms just got huge makeovers. My last trip to the Biltmore was slightly influenced by room renovations, but we received adjusted room rates as a result. This time my family stayed in a brand new Junior Suite and it was easily the nicest suite we have ever experienced as a family: great view, plenty of space, great shower, TV, safe, etc. But more than anything, it just feels elegant, like they did not go cheap on anything—which must be difficult working with a 100 year old building. The spa here is a must, I love that it is just a quick elevator ride from my room and that I do not have to walk through the lobby or across the property. The views of Coral Gables reminds you that you are somewhere rejuvenating, not in the chaos of South Beach. Staying a few nights gives you the opportunity to eat at both of their award winning restaurants. The tasting menus at Palm d’Or are the stuff of dreams. And there is nothing quite as special as the experience of eating in the courtyard at Fontana—it’s romantic, it’s classic, it’s unlike anywhere else in the United States. This resort is the type of place I know my family will want to return to (especially with the ridiculously amazing pool), but it’s also the only place I want to go for a girl’s trip or to maybe sneak away on my own. The original details of this place are hard to describe in a written review, and some of the photos on Google don’t seem up-to-date, so hopefully it flies under the radar a little longer to take advantage! Thank you Biltmore!

Excellent service, great amenities, and absolutely spectacular views. Although expensive, it does gove you a bang for your buck. Housekeeping comes multiple times throughout the day, staff greets you and goes above and beyond for a request. Overall, an incredible hotel.

Stay here only if you like giving your money to an establishment that exploits animals! There are so many other wonderful places to stay in and around Miami and this one just doesn’t come close in terms of comfort, style, and integrity. What on earth is a hotel doing using elephants for entertainment and then having the audacity to call that luxurious? It’s almost 2019 Biltmore, time to get some better morals and figure out a way to make money without hurting innocent creatures who are NOT here for your entertainment!

They keep the sweetest birds here in cages in the lobby and they look so sad, there was one bird shivering and he appeared to be ill, but the woman behind the desk who worked there acted as if nothing was wrong with him, when there obviously was. Whoever is in charge of the birds here, please set them free, they do not deserve to be locked up in a cage for their whole life's. I looked at them and cried because I feel so bad for them. It doesn't add anything to the vibe of the hotel, in fact, I will never return to the Biltmore again because they treat animals like they are nothing. These are beings with consciousness and feelings! Please set them free.

Didn't stay here, but came for the Sunday brunch. We had an incredible time. The food was fantastic in general, although a little lacking in the breakfast side. Not quite as many breakfast specific options as expected, but that was more than made up for by the variety of other foods, dessert, and drinks included. Service was incredible, constantly making sure we had everything we needed (even ensuring we almost never ran out of our beverage of choice). After everything the bill was no small affair, but the experience absolutely justified it for us. Before and after being able to enjoy the grounds made our Sunday truly memorable.

Our family had a 22 person dinner at the Biltmore hotel. Followed by a nights stay before going to a FIU event. The hotel is beautiful. The food was lacking salt. The room was lovely with a nice comfortable King bed. Only two complaints; the shower drained super slow. And, we were charged for valet parking and the gym when we had zero time to hit the gym and we parked our own truck. Customer service flaw to rake in more money. The hotel is a "One and Done" kinda deal even with its Romantic atmosphere.

I needed to get out of the cold so took advantage of a nice promo The Biltmore has going on. I was pleasantly surprised by the new chic rooms! The new rooms are gorgeous and the views are spectacular! I feel like I am in Italy without the jet lag!

What a fabulous hotel. From the minute you walk in, check in to check out was a great experience. The place was kept clean and extremely well organized. Staff super friendly. Definitely would recommend coming here to get away from all the unnecessary hype at beach.
