I love this hotel. The rooms are light, airy and spacious. Well equipped and very clean, you make yourselves at home very quickly. The staff at all levels treat you with respect and are chatty and cheerful as well as being very helpful, whether you need a taxi or a recommendation for dinner. The hotel is in a good situation to explore Boston and has plenty of restaurants and bars around it. We would definitely come here again!

This was, I believe, my fourth stay at this exceptional property. Beautifully appointed rooms and baths, the world's most comfortable beds, and a cozy lobby with a charming sitting area (with 24 hour tea and coffee). As others have astutely noted, the location in Back Bay is perfect for dining, shopping, walking, running, and getting anywhere in Boston via T or car. Perhaps more important is the extraordinary service offered by the Loews staff. Each and every associate (valet parking attendants, doormen, bellmen, front desk staffers) goes out of their way to greet you and make you feel at home, and appreciated as a guest. When things go wrong (as is often the case when I've forgotten something, or when Murphy's Law strikes at that inopportune moment) this is the hotel where you want to be! When the going has been tough, the Loews staff has continually come through. If your productivity and comfort are important to you, this hotel stands out as the best value in Boston

My friend and I made reservations for Thanksgiving and we weren't expecting things to be SO delicious! The appetizers buffet had so many options and the biggest cocktail shrimp I think I've ever seen. The butternut squash soup was perfection and the turkey dinner was such a large portion and we had the other half tonight. Their Candied Apple Old Fashion was a the best variation to the classic that I've ever had. But the most memorable part of dinner was the MOST amazing creme brulee we had EVER had! I will definitely go back before I leave Boston! Thank you!

Great hotel, centrally located, and very friendly staff. The lobster roll down in the Precinct restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Keep up the great work and clean, friendly atmosphere.

Brief but very nice overnight stay for business. Nice bar/restaurant with good food. Comfortable beds and the heated towel rack was a nice luxury.

Such a nice hotel!! All the amenities you could ask for and a great staff. Super comfortable beds and amazing showers (two of the most important things to me when booking a hotel). Really good location as well. I’d definitely stay again when back in Boston.

We are from out of town and here for a short family getaway. Great Location, clean, beautiful rooms and great staffs. Also good value for money considering the location. I would recommend to stay here and we are definitely coming back again in the summer to Boston and most likely will choose this hotel again.

Such a gorgeous hotel! Room was beautiful and very clean! Beds comfortable. Only issue was construction outside of hotel that started at 9am in Saturday when we were trying to sleep in.
