Service department is extremely helpful friendly and fully staffed which makes things go very quickly. They helped me with a recall issue for a different brand of vehicle with no hesitation even though they didn’t have to, thanks!

I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tuscon in late August, I usually buy my cars from Jones Junction in Belair mostly because they have the oil changes for life promotion but we were in Glen Burnie and on a whim we stopped into Bob Bell, well the salesman was nice and I found a SUV I liked so we worked up a deal. We broached the subject of the oil changes and the salesman said that the first oil change was free and after that they were around 39.99, and he made the appointment for the first oil change. Well needless to say when my husband arrived yesterday for the appointment they acted like he had lobsters on his head. I was extremely disappointed that we given erroneous information. I know it doesn't seem like a big issue but it seems like if they wanted a repeat customer they should honor what they originally stated. I will be replacing another vehicle next year but not at Bob Bell.

I recently purchased a car from Bob Bell Hyundai and it was by far the greatest experience I have had. I spoke with James Franklin the night before about a car that was just delivered. I met with him the next morning and that afternoon I walked away with the keys to my brand new car. James was out of this world and not only made the experience a positive one but an enjoyable one. My husband was very impressed with how smoothly everything went including the no pressure finance portion to the point he wants to purchase his next car from here. I highly recommend this dealership you will not be disappointed!

What sense does it make to have a Cashier's office that closes at 6pm? Not to mention the fact that your Ford Dealership RIGHT NEXT to yours closes at 7pm. Don't arrive 2 minutes last 6... doors closed, desks empty and the window locked. And guess what, the manager doesnt have the keys(what?) It's like they expect people to not have 8-5 jobs. There's no sense in doing business here if you can't even have operating hours that make sense.

Fortunately I did not buy the car I drove into this dealer to buy. I am not a fan of dealers because of the typical pushy salesmen and what not but my experience recently was definitely worse than your typical stuff. I decided to test drive a manual transmission car and the sales staff spoke to me and treated me as if I was helpless and clueless on cars (I’ve been working on and maintaining cars most of my life). While I don’t often drive manual cars I definitely do know how they work and have driven them on and off for years. Being treated as an inferior human being based on my apparent gender is absolutely appalling. It’s funny too because I probably would have bought that car if the sales staff weren’t this way! Good luck selling cars to women who love cars! That is NO WAY to treat a lady!!

Was shopping for a car and we found a Jeep at Bob Bell Hyundai. Communicated via email/phone with Mr. James Franklin. He is awesome, responsive, and very honest sales person. Although we didn’t end up buying the car (for cosmetic issues), we are very impressed and pleased with the whole process. Mr. Franklin is extremely professional and direct. There were no sales gimmicks nor we felt pressured to buy. 5 stars to this dealership and to Mr. Franklin.
