Rented a patio heater, only to find out they forgot to pack the legs in the case. I called about the problem and had to send someone back to pickup the legs. Service was poor and did nothing to make up for my trouble. Equipment was banged up and in poor shape. I won't rent anything here in the future.

I am very pleased with this company and recommend them for anyone who is looking for efficient, flexible, and kind service. We rented a tent, chairs, and tables for our wedding- all of which came in great condition and made for a beautiful wedding. We were able to make adjustments to the number of tables until a couple days before the drop off and when picking up they were able to work with their schedule and other customers to pick up the tent on Monday instead of Tuesday (which became a dire need for us). This is a company I trust and am very thankful they treated me with respect and were willing to work with myself and my husband to make the wedding, before and after, perfect. Thank you!!!

I had NO problems working with Brookfield Party Rentals! The ordering, delivery, and setup went great! I have family members that had bad experiences with another local party tent company, so I chose them based on the reviews I have read from different sources on the web. I liked the online ordering system, a lot. The young men that came to set-up did a awesome job and were courteous. The tent was in great shape, and the tables were newer along with the chairs. Nothing but a good experience for us. I saw some other reviews about communication with the company - I only contacted them once asking for a install time, and was replied to that they didnt know until 24 hrs before the install date. She was not rude nor did she yell at me for contacting her. Again, would use for all our party needs!

This is THE party palace in the Brookfield and Milwaukee areas. Equipment is in good order, the staff friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable. The owner is a community minded entrepreneur who has helped me with different community projects for several years now, such as supplying tents & chairs/tables for The Gilbert Brown All Star Football Camp in Milwaukee, all at no charge. A great guy running a good business with good employees.

I was in a time crunch to rent a tent for an event and Deb did everything in her power to find me one. She and her staff were easy to work with, quick setup and take down of the tent, and cost effective compared to other companies. Will definitely work with them again!
