When I buy a car - I want to know I am getting a good deal. It's just not about asking for more money off, I want to feel like I am respected and treated well. I work hard building my own personal business, and I respect another business. That being said, when I negotiate to buy a car - most sales people act like I am taking money from their checkbook. I worked with Lee Mehlman, and he's top notch. Personable, yet professional. And I felt like he was working for me, not just his employer. See, I think he knows, with all of his experience, that he is building business, building relationships with new people and keeping all of his current and past clients happy. He knows it is not just about this sale, but all the vehicles he will be able to sell to his client who sits before him, knowing he is going to build that relationship and they will come back to him. A lot of great vehicles out there, competition is tough, but with employees like Lee, who make the business successful not just for this quarter, but long term. Kudos to Michael the new owner on making sure he has the best employees to build his new business. Billy in finance did an amazing job as well. And even found better terms. Looking forward to building a long lasting relationship at CalStar Motors Mercedes Benz.

Great experience. Ara was our sales rep and was super to work with. There was some confusion about options after we took the car home but Ara and his manager came up with a solution to make sure we were happy. All in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely buy from them again.

IT IS A SHAME THAT A CAR COMPANY WITH SUCH A LONG HISTORY NO LONGER BUILDS QUALITY INTO THEIR CARS. WHEN I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM CAL-STAR IN 2009 I WAS HAPPY FOR THE FIRST YEAR. SINCE THEN THE CAR HAS COST ME 10'S OF THOUSANDS DOLLARS IN REPAIRS. CAL-STAR HAS RARELY STOOD BEHIND THE CAR, ONLY WHEN THEY COULD GET MERCEDES TO PAY, DO YOU STAND BEHIND THE CAR. WHENEVER I HAVE BROUGHT MY CAR IN WITH A PROBLEM, I WAS ALWAYS GIVEN THE " SUNSHINE TREATMENT ". I FEEL YOUR PRICES FOR PARTS AND LABOR ARE THE HIGHEST IN THIS AREA. PERHAPS IT IS TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER , THAT OFFERS QUALITY SERVICE. ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE, ADVISER, ARRON WARD, IS OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE HAS A GREAT DEAL OF KNOWLEDGE, AS WELL AS COMPASSION FOR AN OLD MAN LIKE ME. "JOB WELL DONE, ARRON"

Customer service was fantastic, Sam the service manager was very amicable and made you feel at home. Aaron the service advisor made sure everything went smooth in terms of paperwork and loaner schedule. My only gripe was that the wait time for a loaner schedule was 2 weeks.

I had a great experience here! From beginning to end the customer service was great! I recently lease a Mercedes A220! Out of all the Mercedes Benz that I talked to they gave me the best deal! A special thanks to Chris (sales rep) who helped me through this whole process. I gave him my budget and he did everything possible to get me there AND HE DID!! In addition Chris made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! Thank you Chris! I’m definitely a happy customer.

Brought in my e550 for a repair and service. The service manager Sam and service rep Gilbert were awesome to deal with. Very honest, direct and patient. They were able to repair my car at an affordable price. I was going to Mercedes of Arcadia, I am only bringing my Mercedes here going forward. Highly recommend!!
