The first thing you notice when you walk in is The Library: A collection of 100 candles on an expansive wall... representing a carefully curated scent spectrum. Impressive... if not intimidating, but don't fret... their highly intuitive Scent Masters can effortlessly guide you to the perfect fragrance. As a bonus... if you take a stroll around the room you will also find a thoughtfully curated array of candles from other vendors, as well as intriguing gifts. One of the more fascinating aspects of this boutique is they offer intimate candle making classes. Candle making class and dinner in PcM's blossoming Food Hall?? What's more romantic than that? Parting note... of course I took one to my casa. Here is what I discovered... when you burn these candles you will quickly recognize the drastic difference between a carefully crafted candle and a lesser model. This candles subtly fills a room with a scent vs. hammering you over the head with it. As a candle connoisseur... this is one of the best shoppes of its kind in the country. SCORE = MUST VISIT

I came in 10 minutes before closing looking for a specific Voluspa candle. They only carry their own house brand of candles but the nice lady spent 15 minutes helping me find one as close as possible. Top notch service and the candles smell awesome!

The most amazing candleshop I've ever been in! What sets this place apart is that all their candles are made in-house using their own ingredients and fragrances. The best part is, they keep the names of the fragrance mixes OFF the labels, and use a number system. This allows the shopper to sample various types of fragrant mixes and not pre-judge what they might prefer. I love it! The staff is very invested in the shop's philosophy, and they were patient and friendly as they worked with me to find the perfect scent for my wife. I will be back! But I hope they open a shop in Nashville :D

Such a fun class! This was a great birthday gift for my friend. We did the standard candlemaking class. Would love to come back for a class where I can create a scent from scratch, but I thought that all the options they had for the candles were wonderful.

Impressed by the staff’s extraordinary knowledge of the Candlefish “library” of 100 candles and scents! Candles are numbered, not named, in order to prevent the consumer from developing a bias before enjoying each scent. I shared my favorite scents with my scent expert and was presented with the candles that best fit my preferences. As I shared my impressions, she further curated potential favorites. I could spend all day (and all of my paycheck) in this store, though their candles are very reasonably priced. If I lived in Atlanta I would definitely join one of their candle making classes ($55, take home 2 candles)!
