Received a broken glass votive candle holder in a product that we bought. Company would not respond on getting another glass votive to replace it. Contacted through their website form to get the item replaced and never heard back. Maybe they are great for the vendors who buy from them but clearly they aren't interested in after it gets out the door.

we Have sold RAZ at our store @Cabbage Rose in Maggie Valley NC for around 20 years and they continue to amaze me. They are our biggest Christmas Vendor. Highly recommend the water lanterns, M & B Candles, and their new amazing snake lights and lights. They are amazing and will out live us...lol.... Your Showroom always inspires us and can't wait to get back to the shop to redo. Customer Service is Great!!!

I bought two Christmas lanterns that I love. One of them is noisy when on and for the other one - the light will not turn on . I have contacts Raz Imports and was told by customer service there is nothing they can do - when the light goes out it cannot be replaced. The whole point of the lantern was the light and snow effect. I had started a collection of these. I will no longer be buying. I will contact my local store selling these as well as I saw them in the store and loved it so i ordered online. Such a disappointment.
