Buyer beware... I ordered a nice basket for mothers day from their own site. They offered three options for the arrangement. $30...45... And 60 respectively... The price was based on size only because the arrangements were identical. I received a voice mail saying they were not gonna do the 30 basket as I had chosen. They wanted me to get the 45. Then they proceeded to tell me the online price does not include the 15.00 delivery fee. I started questioning these inconsistencies.. The lady said, we will just cancel your order and hung up on me!

First, they need to understand the basic premise of customer service. You can be in business one million years and still not understand that how you speak to and engage with people you want to patronize your business matters. Listen to understand and not to respond. I will never order anything from this florist. Second, I will never use Teleflora again.
Great, fresh flowers my arrangement was a bit pricey..but I guess
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Called in a last minute request for Valentine's day (my fault I know). I asked Collie if she could make an arrangement and I'd have someone pick it up. She asks me my price range and tells me to call back. After doing so I asked, what would be in the arrangement. She says "whatever I put in there". After explaining that I was just trying to get an idea of what it would look like she asked if I wanted to call someone else. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They do good work but never seem to have flowers in stock. I have had 3 instances where I placed an order the day before (as instructed by the owner) and my order could not be fulfilled when I arrived for pickup.
I ordered a casket Spray,s and two standing sprays, one from my children and one from my brother and me. They were BEAUTIFUL, FRESH, FRAGRANT and EVERYTHING I wanted. The shop is right behind my house, the owner was EXTREMELY gracious and helpful. I recommend this shop!!
