Dr. Carl is great! BUT WHOEVER IS THE DUMB WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS THE RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER TALKED TO! She has been giving me the run around and I am in EXTREME PAIN. They need to get their office together! They dont seem to understand they are playing with people's lives They should not interrupt people while they are trying to express their fustrations! Because they will not try harder or call someone like they should do, I am having to wait over a week to ever be considered to be seen for an MRI! DO YOUR JOB!!! If I ever have problems with this B again, I will take my business elsewhere and tell EVERYONE I KNOW not to go to this doctor. Poor Dr. Carl, he should really re-consider his office "staff"

I was attacked by a dog and by the grace of God DR Carl was the trauma team on that night. DR Williams was so kind to my dad and told him not to worry that he would take care of me and he did. I will always be grateful.

My son had an accident at work and as you can imagine we were extremely worried about his future use of his hand. We were referred to Dr. Williams and we could not be happier with the amazing results. He is very professional, caring and thorough. He made his hand look as normal as possible and very honest during his entire treatment with him. Thank you so much for being outstanding.
