While the surgeons and staff are very professional, I felt like I wasn't adedquately warned about the possible complications from surgery. My scar tissue is a constant problem now and I wish I had known this could happen. I realize I might be an outlier as far as most surgeries go, but seriously reconsider ever having ANY type of surgery. Acupuncture is a much better alternative.

I was never seen at this facility so the doctors might be top notch. However it took me about 7 phones calls and transfers to finally talk to someone who could schedule me to be seen. Something came up and I had to cancel the appoint the following week and it took me an hour to cancel after calling about 9 phone numbers. Funny ending was that the first number I attempted to call was the correct number and the receptionist was very rude and ended up hanging up after she FINALLY cancelled the appointment. Good luck to anyone trying to schedule an appointment with this receptionist.

Dr. Murphy was the bomb!!!! I love this man! My hand pain was through the roof!!!! I didn't even feel it when he administered the medication to the ligament!!!! Have not had an occurrence since!!!! God bless this man and his practice!!! I would recommend him at the drop of a hat to anyone! This was in 2013!!! No pain still! Dr. Michael Murphy, thank you so much!!!!!!

Dr. Wittstadt performed carpal tunnel surgery on 5/17/17. I really liked him from the get-go. The entire team at the surgi-center was wonderful. They made me feel welcome and relaxed. I experienced nausea that afternnoon. I called Dr. Wittstadt around 5:30. He called right back. He was sympathetic and prescribed an anti-nausea medicine, which he had to look up the phone number of the pharmacy. Nothing was a problem. I highly recommend Dr. Wittstadt and the entire surgical team.

Dr Ryan Zimmerman was uninterested, uncaring, and unprofessional. He spent no more than two minutes "examining" my finger. I left the room with my finger hurting more than it was when i first went in to see him. To make matters worse, I was dismissed with no diagnosis or visit summary. After speaking with Tara who is the Office Administrator, she reassured me that they would refund my copay and not charge my insurance. Well guess what, the refund never happened and they charged my insurance over $200. Therefore, this visit was a total waste of time and money. This office is very unorganized when it comes to medical billing. I wouldn't refer anyone here.

Dr Forthman and his Administrative team are amazing. I have never had an issue with return calls, scheduling or follow up.

It's unfortunate that the administrative assistants for each physician receive so many negative posts, considering their extraordinary responsibilities and workloads. Although I don't know the other assistants, I can relate my experience with Christina who is Dr. Higgins assistant. She has always been pleasant, kind and professional during the past 4 months (with more to come) I have been treated in and out of the hospital. In addition she has always gone that "extra mile" when dealing with my insurance, setting up appointments and responding to my calls the same day. I'm very glad that Dr. Higgins (no "slouch" himself!) has someone like Christina on his team.
