Dr. Smith was very personable and professional. The Evergreen Park office is clean, bright and kid friendly. We received prompt service and scheduled our appointments quickly. The only negative is the hours of operation. We had to miss school to attend our office visits.

Everyone was extremely nice on our visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Nagpal was great! He was also very fun and friendly. He included my teenage son in all the conversation about his issue and recovery. Dr Rodregus was also very nice when we met her before doing my sons procedures at the hospital.

Didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. They were able to get me in fast. Dr. Nagpal took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed by him.

My 3 year has been chronically constipated for most of her life. We’ve tried literally anything and everything to help her go to the bathroom. We’ve talked about it with her pediatrician over and over again trying new things and new medicines and nothing worked. Very quickly into our visit, Dr. Smith was able to decipher the problem, which wasn’t even physical as much as psychological and gave us a plan on how to fix it. It’s not completely fixed yet, but we’ve already seen an incredible difference in such a short period of time that I have very high hopes that if we continue to follow his instruction, she’ll finally be able to go to the bathroom pain free and more frequently.
