I have been a patient of Dr Halpern's for several years now since I was first diagnosed with epilepsy. Great bedside manner, friendly staff, knowledgeable professionals who work in a timely manner. I will not be going to another neurologist's office unless my insurance company drags me away kicking and screaming.
Dr. Halpern is a GOD send. Love her to pieces. Her staff is amazing. I never had a problems with them and I have been going to her over 7 yrs. She has worked miracles with my migraines.
I have been her patient for over a year and I am very pleased with her care. She was the only one who found the cause of my severe migraines.
I have been a patient of Dr. Halpern for almost 8 years now on and off ( past 4 years consecutive). As another review mentioned she is God sent. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. She works with you and gives you options for different treatments and always upfront about the side effects and how to avoid or deal with them. I have never had any more migraines since going to her and I feel great now. I have moved out of state and I still do phone consultation with her (for now) unfortunately, I will have to switch neurologists because of my move and that scares me.
I went to The Manhattan Center for Headache and Neurology and was treated for my migraine. I was suffering from a relentless migraine for 3 days. I couldn't take the pain anymore and sought help. Dr. Halpern and Dr. Reynolds both treated me. I was given infusion treatment along with injections for pain and nausea. My headache finally broke in a matter of a few hours! The service and treatment that I received at The Manhattan Center for Headache and Neurology was like no other. The staff accomodated my appointment on the same day that I called. The doctors were amazing!! They truly are the absolute best.
I am behind grateful for the service provided here! I went to many other neurologist offices and no one was able cater to my needs, until I came here. I recommend the mental health appointments. If you want to be heard and problems to met go here. In two weeks I am going for Biofeedback with Amanda Moret
The staff at the reception are extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment and they told me I can do so after paying $50. That would have been fine had they not been the once who rescheduled my appointment first to other day because they said the appointment. Then without even asking me they canceled my appointment and charged me before my the time of my appointment. When I called they said my slot is already booked but her assistant can check me. During my first visit in April i made an appointment and when i went to the office i was told the doctor wont be seeing me because she has a patient instead her assistant will. I don't recommend this place.
Great Service Great service! I appreciate the professionalism and family environment the staff gives off. The front desk always gives me what I need and accommodates my schedule when making my next appointment. Tanesha Reynolds really listens to me and targets my problems. I have IV therapy with her this upcoming Tuesday
