They cancelled my appointment, 1 hour before I showed up there. I Had booked an appointment 2 weeks prior, and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment they called me to cancel the appointment because they said they don't accept my insurance... I had taken a day off from work and was looking forward to get these tests so that I would find out what's going on Wish they were more professionals and actually cared for their patients. Had they told me that from the beginning, I would have searched for another healthcare provider...
The entire office staff here is friendly and very accommodating. I saw Dr. Mohen for my appointment. She took her time to listen and to find the best treatment based on my medical history and specific needs.
Dr . Ioffe is wonderful helped in every way. The staff is friendly and courteous and professional.No ifs ands or buts!thank you everybody as a whole for all your help..
I wanted to see a male doctor i cant remember his name and he was booked for monhts. acutlaly becuase i have had so much abuse of doctors i wanted to listen to me and god , but made a appointment wiht a woman zeigler who had no appointments back up and was fastest and then also kept the one with ok dr Bahat. i can rememer now although innnow dysing from my condtions as of what took place with this woman. i said do not go to them just get on plane go somewhere an figure it out. then i went to her and i think it triggered a attack that i was walking into trouble.. with this woman who moved like shewas on cocaine and wired on stimulants bi polar and did not even look at me. insome peoples or students minds if the move so fast it means the are geniuse. she somewhat got what i was saying but made no eye contact handed me a appoint ment to a mri and then said see u in 18 days. i felt that was tolong for the pains i was having buti also knew my own reason what was goign on and i getconfused and from the pains that were triggered by her fvisit of whichwas first time, someone register ptsd, i felt that the truam i was being kept in an a situiato i had that doctors ignored for months and yaers. tha ti did not have that much time. i tired to tell her this. so i write her. now she takes this assomething insane and tell me she will see me at my convenience. between i decide to not take the MRI or do it until i take a distance from all truama to try to heal and figure it out. and tell her i will not be here it was around thanks giving. then i madea mistake last thing i recall say to myself before this woman who i told i had ptsd from abuse as a kid of doctors and then i just sufer extremes of trauam off a person and an abusive persons that left me nearly dead and my doctor ignore me. i struggled to keep moving up tooctober evenafter a sprain ankle i did alone,. she moved to fast is on thing inoted and no eye contact and take meas fool. ok i now make a mistake i regret now and am paying. with my life. that i went back to her sensing this woman is going to do something insane, do not. but i did, and isntead of disguss things with me or ask she calls police on me has me dragged by ems to a hosptial damaging me beyond beleife and then says she can no longer see me after i cont=front her with the fact she just severly lehtaly retraumatized me and i was an adult and she should have discuss this or her perceptions and instead she just made a terirble move which left me to suffer sickness an eating disoarder a month in a hospital ward whre it was notiong but truama and terror, and contradict m own intent to get away from any trauma and to relax and heal was ntiong but a tragic fatal trap where i came out hearing voices of people scream and ell ans sick and weak and i began to suffer stroke and almos died from pasing out and suffer from being so weak and broken down and forced into a place exposed to a worst was not restufl=ul or healing and pills they gave me i dont take drugs im anherbalist and my life did not come back.a few days after i got out i sufer another stroake like attack and i lost most of m intellegence and my face and body twisted into something horrible. i had no place to heal and was left in tragic places afraid to see a doctor and left , ihave not come back and am now so sick weak and my muscles and body are disolving from a skate boarding and basket ball an cyclist person to a sick weak person i lost my m usical intellegence and basic and this woman could care les to check her self. leading to my nefver being able to get away , and never have means to heal and now my head and face hurt and life is a nightmare with this woman saying she cant see me again. She moeves to fast is corrupt and devious and call it hystronic and thinks it was a cute move.. and not care or think about what she did. do not go to a dr just becasue it was easy..
Made an appointment through Zoc Doc. Spoke with a receptionist who is "new", she put my insurance info in multiple times and verified that my insurance was accepted. Got to the office on time for my appointment and anxious and excited to get some answers, was then told they do not accept my insurance. This place seemed very nice and organized but when you make a huge mistake like this someone needs to be re trained or let go. Horrible experience. No apology given and the young girls at the front desk have horrible attitudes. Whoever is in charge needs to be notified. Disgusted.
Dr. Starkman at New York Neurology dealt with my medical issue with sensitivity and haste. He is a caring and knowledgeable doctor, I would recommend this practice to anyone.
The office was very modern and clean. The front desk were quick, professional, and helped me with setting up MRIs at imaging facility. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Prescription was ready within 30 minutes of me leaving the office. Great experience all around.
The front desk was receptive and helped me with authorization for an MRI. The doctor was very good. She addressed my needs.
Haven’t had a great experience with office staff, will not be returning to the practice.
Dr. Mohen is absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen and ask about my health history. She spent individual time with me and did not rush. I highly recommend her to any an all who are looking for a neurologist. The office staff was also great and helped me out in order to get me an appointment with my hectic schedule. 5 stars all around!
I was very early to my appointment and the took me in quick. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The physician is down to earth and easy fo talk to. I went there dor migranes and the physician did a detailed exam and test. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Seeing the doctors was a wonderful experience. They took the time to listen instead of just rushing through. Such a practice is hard to find. I continue to be impressed by their kindness.
