Love this place. Good pre-portioned meals, good smoothies. My fav is oatmeal cookie dough smoothie with almond milk. Staff is friendly. Would recommend.

The employees were top notch. They were helpful, friendly, informative, and went out of our their way to make our first visit the best. The Cubanito bowl was delicious. Definitely go if you track your macros. They have a free nutrition consultation and meal plan option that I plan to check out.

Wasn't very happy with my last visit. I was sent an email coupon, for a free birthday shake, through their rewards program that they had established and suggested I become a part of. When I went to get my birthday shake, I no longer had the email. I asked if they could look it up through their rewards program. They said no that they are using a different program. I had just received the email earlier the week before. All of a sudden they changed their rewards program after I got the email? Their employee didn't even bother to try to offer me anything for the inconvenience they caused by changing their own rewards program. Upset doesn't even equate to how disappointing this place has become. I use to frequent this establishment years back. I see now why I stopped. Meals is getting ridiculous because they rarely have what I want in stock, and often they still sell you items at full price after they have already expired. There are better places to get a healthy meal in Houston.

Food is good. Most of the options are low fat. Problem is you never know what they will have. Hard to drive out of my way to get there only to find they have nothing left.

Omg! I am absolutely in love with your establishment. The same amount of money that I spend on junk food will now be spent here. The food is delicious.

I like some of the food. It’s low calorie and low fat. The problem is they rarely have any of it. You just never know if they’ll have what you want... or if they’ll have anything at all. The shelves are often bare. I’m not 100% sure they are even intending to run a successful business. Often times the entire store is deserted. So overall, definitely don’t go out of your way to stop in... you’re likely to be disappointed.
