Excellent service. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy. I had the Red Fish and it was cooked to perfection. We also shared some of the best hummus I have ever tasted. Also, enjoyed the new summer drinks. Great open air facility with just outstanding food.

The environment is great, if a bit loud. Making a reservation makes the process of checking in and getting seated run smooth as butter though! If you're there during the week, you are liable to see all kinds of celebrities and sports players. #instagramworthy The food is always on point. There is nothing you can get that can't be modified to your exact specifications. Personally love the Ancient Grains bowl as a year round staple, but feel free to partake in their seasonal menu items as well as there are always gems to be found.

I’ll be frank. I am not a vegan, raw foods person, or any of that. But that did not stop me from loving this place. My sister and I ate here last week and we split a Chopped Salad and a Spaghetti Squash Casserole and both items were quite tasty. The server was attentive, the food came out quickly and hot, and the bill was quite reasonable. I would totally come back to eat here, and only wish that there was one of these places in the city where I live.

After visiting the area while in Atlanta and searching for something to eat that was healthy and nutritious, I came across True Food Kitchen. I ordered the Ancient Grains bowl. It is flavorful, savory and not overly seasoned or salty. I was very satisfied with what I ordered and will gladly go back to try other dishes they have.

The restaurant was very well kept and neat along with beautiful decorations. I would recommend not sitting in chairs that seem hard or metal (the yellow chairs). The food was great! It was tasty as well as nicely plated. The drinks are also amazing as well. Not only did they look beautiful they had distinct tastes that you can’t find in common places. The peach tea and watermelon lemonade are both great! The service was expected. It is a busy and popular restaurant, therefore it is expected that it will take a while for food to come and people to check up on you. The waiters and staff were very kind and helpful. If you have bad experiences with staff I would still recommend coming back because the food is great!

I visited True Food Kitchen (Lenox Mall) for the first time and ordered the Good Earth Kale salad. My food came out and there was aluminum foil in my salad. I sent the order back and the kitchen remade the salad. The second time there was a strand of hair in my food. This place look incredibly clean on the outside. But I really wonder about their kitchen staff. This is completely unacceptable! I reported the issue to the manager... to his credit he was professional and apologetic.

Friday lunch time, the place was crowded! But, the wait for about 10 minutes or less for outdoors seating for four was definitely worth it. The place is 4 year old. How did I miss it? Try it and you'll love it. Try the seasonal dishes.. Fresh, organic and nurturing :-

I come here too many times but each time I'm not disappointed!! True Food is a chain restaurant but it doesn't feel that way. The sit down restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice in the warmer months. Most of the seating is fairly close to one another so you cannot have too much privacy.
