Rude! Lone women find another place. The Salemen there was disappointed he got stuck with a me, you tell on his face. He pulled up the car I wanted to look at, and I mentioned another car at another dealer that was cheaper. I asked why. The guy was visually annoyed, but pulled up the other car stats. He then said theirs was more because it was "fully loaded." I asked what that entailed. He swung around and begrudgingly said "it means ours is fully loaded, that on is not." Really? Asked a question and he gets mad?? I told him my budget, and he said if I get ours down to that, do you want it? And I responded with more questions. I could see was annoyed, so I just said "sorry for wasting you time sir." And he just respondes with "yep" got up and met someone else. Not even a handshake or a come on back. Rude. Rude. Lone women find another place.

When I first went to Galles Chevy I was impressed with the salesman,Ed, in the used car department. After much deliberation it became apparent that a new car lease was the way to go (mainly due to there used vehicles being priced well above blue book). I was given a new car salesperson, Ryan. Everything seemed to be going well and the leasing was taken care of after several hours. I picked up the vehicle the next day and then the problems started. They had to have a trailer hitch installed. They said they would contact me later that day or the next day to to set up the appointment. Well the next day came and went with no contact so I called them. Again I was told they would have it taken care of. I advised them that I needed it in a week as I had plans that required the use of the hitch. After the weekend I called them yet again and was given the same story. On Wednesday I had to call again because I STILL hadn't heard anything from the dealership. This time no one at the dealership knew who I was or that they leased me a car the week before. I had to threaten to come to the dealership and cause a scene before they finally found me in their system. I was told they would not be installing the hitch but that a local u-haul would be. They told me they would call over there and send a check over so that all I had to do was make the appointment. Luckily U-haul was able to get me in the next day. When I arrived I was informed that I would have to pay over $200 for the installation! Back on the phone to the dealership where I was informed they didn't send a check over and I should have picked it up. After an intense conversation they agreed to bring the check over. Finally, over a week after I got the car, the hitch was installed. This brings me to today. Exactly one month after leasing a new vehicle and the first payment was due. I was concerned as I had not received anything from the leasing company (GM Financial). I called GM Financial and after many different people and much aggravation at them not being able to locate my account a supervisor decided to call the dealership. Apparently the dealership had never sent the paperwork to the leasing company which explains why they could not find my account. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE HORRIBLE !

I had my window regulator broken. It is was a minor repair because I could still open and close the window, it was just working very slow. I took it to this place because I had a bad experience previously in unofficial repair shops but this experience was much much worse. The price to repair the window was 900$, approximately 450$ of work and 450$ for the window regulator. Looking online and asking to other repair shop, the most expensive price they gave me for the regulator is $120. Do not go to this place if you are not rich, they are really dishonest and they will try to charge as much as they can. I would feel bad to work in this place.

I should have never bought an American car, especially from Galles. I only had my car 4 years and there have been so many problems with the engine and battery. All the expenses I put into this vehicle for these 4 years this car better last me another 4. I went in to discuss "options" on why my car has issues and all they wanted me to do was buy another one when my car loan payment ends next year. Sorry I will never go here again for any service or a purchase.

The sales team is great. They helped my elderly parents with purchase and the manager was so respectful to speak to them in Spanish, they were able to understand process from start to finish. Thank you for being so kind to my parents and giving them a fair deal.

Had a wonderful wonderful experience working with Chris Lucero at Galles. From the initial point of contact he was responsive, thorough, hard-working, and extremely accommodating. I was impressed with his follow-through and he met all of my (quite extensive) wishes. He ended up getting us exactly the deal we waited over six months for. Chris went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend working with him on your next journey to buying a car. He prepared all of my paperwork for me ahead of time and I was only in the dealership an hour signing. Also, Galles beat out all the other New Mexico dealerships for me in price (by far). The rest of the staff was kind, hard working, and enjoyable. The general manager made a point to come and meet me personally and thank me for my business. Thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Go Galles!

Edit: after Donna got a hold of me as per the reply we got things cleared out as they should have been. The customer service side of things really impressed me on how Donna went out of her way and gave what i would consider an arm and a leg to set things right. I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to get things right.

I have worked with Annette elsewhere and I must say, I am soooo glad she is at Galles Chevrolet...not only was my second purchase from her more fast and seamless. The whole team treated me like family. All of my referrals will go to her and Galles Chevrolet. Please ask for her and tell her I sent you. Thank you Annette and Galles Chevrolet! The best deal ever!
