I had a broken car seat and not only did they fix it but they didn't charge for their time, which was substantial. Sergio is one of the most honest and knowledgeable salespeople I have ever dealt with.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Would definitely not return. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and Took my stroller in to be sanitized and "the manager" that attended me tells me that the carrying handle needs to be replaced to which I agree to. A week later I receive a call that the stroller is ready so I drive another 1.5 hours expecting my stroller to be ready. Turns out they threw out my old handle and never replaced it. Why would I get a call saying that it's ready when in fact it isn't? Spoke to the same irresponsible "manager" that attended me and not even an apology was given and all he said was that I would get a call when it arrived and he would ship to me when it finally came in. It's been 3 weeks since that has occurred and have called several times and have yet to hear from them. It has been very difficult to use the stroller these past 3 weeks with no handle! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This store is so helpful for me. I bought here everything that I need for my baby. The sales staffs are very nice. They give useful insights on what to buy especially those items with big dollar prices. They value customer satisfaction.

Disappointed. Wanted to buy a gift for a baby and left empty handed. We actually went to two Galt toys stores- Michigan ave and clybourn, what a waste of time, buying the gift on Amazon

It’s by far the worse baby store experience I ever had. Being 7 months pregnant and not even being acknowledged for 20 minutes while you walk around the store, clearly looking to shop it just ridiculous. I’m lost for words but for sure will never shop at this store and I now will find another one to help me with my baby shower registry!

This place was amazing! I remembered hearing about them at a fair at some point, so when 2 of my tires on my jogger busted this week (and I had to walk 2 miles home w/2 flat tires! not fun) I was hoping they would be able to save the day. And they sure did! I stopped in just 30 minutes before they closed, they charged me $20, and fixed the stroller within 10 minutes- now it is good as new :) Super friendly staff- I will definitely be back for a Galt Baby detail once I can save up enough $ for that!
