My order came in earlier than expected. It was exactly how I imagined it would be. The one question I had during the process was answered quickly and courteously. The entire process was painless and easy. Most important, my daughter was thoroughly pleased with her gift and that makes the experience even better.
Love, love, love the dinosaurs. The quality of the carving and paint is wonderful. They make an interesting addition to my Noah’s ark.

Not only did my product arrive earlier than expected, but it was even sweeter in person. Their customer service is beyond stellar. They truly love their customers and making sure that each customer is treated with a VIP experience. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future. My purchase was make online because I live in Texas, but I can only imagine how well the in-store customers must be treated!
Great selection of items at great prices, and very fast delivery. The best part was after I placed my order, a real live person personally emailed me to thank me for shopping with them and to provide my tracking number. That kind of service is hard to come by these days! Will definitely purchase from nini and loli again!
This is my second visit to this store! The first time I bought my son's quilt, the second time I bought a bowl for my son today. The things in the shop are very nice, I like it very much. But there are two salesmen with bad attitude. I don't know why the boss invited such people to work! Especially there is a skinny lady who is very unfriendly to my one year old son. She glares at the baby with her fierce eyes, which makes our shopping very unpleasant! We are here to buy things, not to be angry! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡 （12.29.2019)
Unfortunately the size I wanted was actually out of stock, but they contacted me right away and offered to cancel my order or send an alternative size or similar style. I ended up taking a different size for my baby girl to grow into. The company was extremely nice and easy to communicate with and my items arrived quickly. Would definitely order from them again!
I cannot say enough great things about my buying experience with nini & loli. An item that I ordered was on back order and so they called and emailed me to make sure I was aware. I was able to email my order change. They were friendly and precise. The toys are high quality.
Ordered maxi cosi stroller attachments from them. Came quickly and were priced right! Appreciate they’re quick service and will use them for any baby needs in the future.
Diana was amazing and super helpful! Diana made my shopping super easy. I stopped by the store to buy two different gifts, one for one new baby boy and the other one for my niece. She knows the store very well and listened to my needs. She found everything very efficiently! Her customer service is impeccable! I will definitely go back again!
