Everyone is great at Zuka baby. They are always so friendly and helpful.
My review is not about the store and its about my experience for online shopping. I made my purchase for an item and 3 days after I got an email saying my ordere got cancelled because of incorect price they had advertised! They already charged my credit card and the item entered the shipping process. So disappointed with their customer service as their response was not convincing either after I disclosed their term and conditions for their pricing!
A great store for high quality baby items. They have fantastic birthing classes and support groups too
Great store and resource for cloth diapering! I am a customer from Florida and the staff was very prompt and responsive in answering my inquiry and made the process easy to purchase my diapers. I would absolutely shop here again for the excellent customer service.
Wow! I am so impressed with this store. The help, and care, and kindness of everyone who I have had contact with at this store has always more than impressed me! Truly amazing customer service! They have adorable baby clothes and great toys. Great selection of baby gear! Amazing!
I love Zuka Baby! They carry a lot of different items and brands you can't get elsewhere in the city, which helps me avoid having to order online. And their staff is great and always super helpful! Whenever I have both kids with me and my hands are full, they always open the door and help me carry my purchase to the car 😍
Very nice baby store - lots of different items. Staff was helpful when I was looking at strollers. Prices were comparable to big box stores. Great!
the worst shopping experience ever... they cancel the order which was in stock. And changed immediately only in store available. Still my credit card is not refunded. And just sent me a email that they were mistaken. Few days later they will sell this item only in store. I think the reason is they post out that they give free shipping, but they just want to save money for people to come to store and pick up. Overall, the worst shopping experience. Waste of time and energy.
