Very helpful & patient with even basic questions
The team at Stroller Spa literally couldn't be more helpful. They were our go to for information start to finish (perhaps more than they would have liked, although they never acted like we were too much trouble). Which stroller, which adaptor, cleaning, parts, what you can get second hand, changing fabrics, EVERYTHING. SF is lucky to have them, as are we.
Never throw out a Stroller Spa San Francisco - HQ before talking to Jamie. I brought her my very used bugaboo and she knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. She's thorough, cost conscious, and great customer service. She also gives back to the community with lots of donations and fundraisers for Homeless Prenatal. I would go back to her in a heartbeat and refer all my friends.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I were really impressed with the level of service and variety of strollers. A must-stop if you’re in the market for a stroller and not sure what to look for. They also have a bunch of stroller maintenance services. We’ll be back.
Such a wonderful group of people! I could not be more impressed with their service. Absolutely recommended by me. I only came in for a small tune up on my tires, literally $10, and they treated me like I was buying their most expensive stroller. So kind and helpful, and not just out to make a buck. Thank you!!
