Been going here 3+ years. Great service no hard selling like other places who make you feel like your car is falling apart and only they can save it. Always clean, courteous and professional. My kid also likes the quarter candy machines which costs me $1 to keep her occupied for the duration of an oil change which is priceless!

Every person acted with professionalism and manners. I had a transmission fluid flush, and since I was the only one in line, it took only one magazine article's worth of time to complete. I can already tell my truck is changing gears faster. I will recommend this place.

My first time visiting this location and the service was above excellent. Service was quick and efficient. These gentlemen have the best spirits and are super polite. You can tell they love what they're doing. Definitely will be back!

I came in for an oil change and the service was extremely quick and everyone was very friendly. The only issue was that I must not have made it clear I wanted to get the synthetic blend for my oil change, but the person who checked me out still gave me a discount on my regular oil change. Next time I'll make sure to be more clear! Either way, it was still a great experience and I'll be coming back. Thanks!

I've been going to this place for 2+ years and have always gotten great, courteous service. Recently I got lulled into a false sense of security and fell prey to the classic oil change place tactic of add on services. I'll give Ted the benefit of a doubt and say that he told me that the Transmission Service was $149 and that the Power Steering Flush was $79 and not $79 for both, which is what I thought he communicated to me. The person working at the desk was very courteous about it, assuring me she would talk with him about being more clear in the future. In the future I will be saying "No" to the add on services and will ask for a quote on the total cost before I agree to any work.

I can't say enough good things about the service and staff at Havoline Express Lube on Ponce! I needed air in all 4 of my tires and not only did they immediately take care of my car, they also did so for free! They were so gracious throughout the experience and I was blown away they give that level of customer service given that there was no cost to the service. They've hooked me as a customer moving forward!

Bought a new battery as Costco but they don't install them. Called Havoline and they will do installs. Place was really busy on a Saturday morning, but I was in and out under 30 minutes and there was NO CHARGE for the install since I was a regular customer there for my oil changes. Turns out the location on Ponce in Atlanta is the highest volume store in the chain nationwide. Per the technician, Havoline's goal is to be able to do an oil change in 10 minutes but this location has an average time of 6 minutes!! I've never had any issues with this business and have always been satisfied with workmanship, cost and speed of service. Highly recommend.

This place was great, straight to the point service. Kinda pricey, but you pay for what you get. Love these cameras too, gives you the ability to watch what they do to your car. Will come back for sure.
