Went to get a oil change today, I noticed after I got oil change and left the person (employee) who moves your car to get maintenance in your car is a THIEF. They took $$ I leave in ash tray. Cant trust no one. Management didnt seem like it was issue. Never again, 1st time customer too. Who knows what else they took. Disappointed experience

standard wait for oil change - employees were fine. only thing is they did not change the sticker on windshield that tells u when it’s time for your next oil change and i lost my receipt so no clue if that has any info on it that might help me?

The girl who asked if I wanted extra services told me, "I am done with you" when I said I only wanted an oil change. Really? I also asked for an inspection which I was told would be done after my oil change. It wasn't. I had to remind them when they were trying to ring me up. Same girl said that I only asked for an oil change. I reminded her of exactly what she said. If you don't want to be in customer service then change jobs. Will go accross the street next time.

If you need a simple oil change, expect an hour and a half visit. Take in mind I got here at 7:45am and I’m barely leaving at 9:20am. Unacceptable.

The guys here are always gentlemen and answer all my questions. They don't push me to have anything repair, swapped or changed that I didn't originally intend to. I am a repeat customer, from oil changes to inspections and tire rotations. They close at 730 which is plenty of time to go after work and get maintenance done as well. This location also accepts the jiffy lube coupons and groupons. Highly recommended!

Recently, I needed a state inspection to renew my registration. I do not get off of work until 6 pm and most places close by this time. I looked around and sure enough this particular Jiffy Lube is open until 7:30 pm. They are only a few minutes away, but I did call just to confirm. The staff member that picked up was really helpful and even confirmed there was open bay space for me to come right away. The whole process was quick and easy!
