Ken and staff were great! Service was quick, will definitely be returning.
They’re quick and get the job done, that’s why I go here, but customer service is lacking. Every time I go, someone either has an attitude or is just very short making a customer feel like a burden.
All the employees are very kind and courteous. As you wait they give you a bottle of water and ask you how your day is... Very helpful. I love this place. I've been coming here for awhile npw. No COMPLAINTS. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Better than Toyota...
Great service and great prices. I check their prices on filters compared to a wholesale supplier and they were being honest!! Strait shooters and great fleet pricing program also. Ken, Ray and Mike went out of their way to make sure that my experience was just right. I would not get my oil changed at any other place until they close their doors .
Very diligent and had unique ways of doing things. They had the synthetic oil my car likes from Castrol. I recommend it.
This is a quick service. They are very nice and accommodating. I paid a little bit more than what I wanted but it's worth it for the professionalism. There's a little bit of an upsell as they try to sell you a couple things like expensive oil or wind shield wipers but I guess it's nice if you need them.

I had the best experience today! I didn’t have to wait at all and pulled right up to Will who was very helpful when I wasn’t sure which oil type to choose. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Make sure the check for coupons online (I had $20 off synthetic oil change). Very professional and nice employees... I’ll be back!
This was my first time at any Take 5 Oil Change. I have always taken my cars to a dealer for their oil changes. The oil change at Take 5 was nothing special and not inexpensive. I did not get the top of the line oil change and it was $62.99 for 4.50 quarts of oil. I replaced the air filter and it was another $23.99. In fact, it was much more expensive than at a dealer, but it was faster. Remember, these techs receive a commission on anything they up-sell you. However, I did get a "free" bottle of water! :-) My service technician, Matt, was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of the service. I may return to Take 5 Oil Change, but only because its location is convenient and it seems I can be in and out in a few minutes instead of an hour or more that I have always spent at a dealer.
I will never get an oil change anywhere else. They are convenient and friendly! I can stay in the car with my children. They always have juice snd snacks for the kids! Highly recommended!
This place is great! Mike and Ray are the absolute best and always make me laugh. Thank you all for being quick, courteous, and giving me heads up on the coupons when they're available!
