Masarrat is an Engineer by profession with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Naheed is a Bachelor of Computer Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications. Both together have three kids and lovingly call HPFY their fourth. They are both very passionate people who love to work, spend time with their kids, travel and enjoy life.

The Ottobock Diagonal Comfort wrist support arrive in a timely manner. I had difficulty finding an outlet for purchasing this device. I needed a new one and HPFY sells it at a reasonable price with good service.

I purchased some briefs protective under pants for my neighbor and they were not as advertised. They had no padding. So this means you have to buy pads for them. They do not work well! 👎👎👎
My sister has polio and is in a wheelchair 24/7. She bought a wheelchair from HPFY in Danbury, CT in June. By August the bolts on the brakes all fell out. They sent her hardware but she cannot fix this wheelchair and they couldn't find anyone in the area to fix it. They referred her to the manufacturer and they will not help, they will not refund her money, they will not replace the wheelchair. HPFY will not stand behind their products. They sold her a defective product and now she has to purchase another chair from a reputable company. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A WHEELCHAIR FROM THIS COMPANY CHECK THEIR POLICY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. The manufacturer of this chair is Drive Medical.
Ordered on line, all was good, after two weeks and no product, I made a phone call. Very nice person that I talked to, took special care if me understood what I was talking about, made arrangements that I received my product the next day, to me this was fantastic. That saved my entire weekend. Very good company to deal with. I recommend this company to everyone 5+ stars

Purchase of an expensive lift-char was my first ever experience with this company. On-line purchase, delivery, and set-up pretty much routine, and I was satisfied with the product and service to that point - great chair! Fourteen months later, the chair stopped working correctly and shortly thereafter stopped responding to controls completely. Complaint to HPFY resulted in immediate coordination with the manufacturer, who made a next-day shipment of the complete new controller and associated electrical equipment, without charge! Very impressive response from both HPFY and Med-Lift, leaving me as a very happy customer!
