I called first to see if they had the product i was looking for and was greeted by someone who was super friendly and helpful. I later stopped in the store and received the same outstanding service which can sometimes feel like a rare experience. Will definitely come back for any medical supply needs i might have.

After trying several drug stores to find a nebulizer , aah they had one. The service person was so kind and helped me put it together. Crazy hospital didn't tell me what I needed just gave a prescription for my wife upon her release. Thanks for making a terrible experience GREAT!!!

The owner Tina was fantastic, super helpful, and very friendly. She took my order over the phone and had it ready for me when I arrived at the store. She had every item that I needed for my wife’s wound care. Tina offered professional service and I would highly recommend this store for all of your medical supplies. They have a big selection of medical supplies.

Perfect, they took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They have a great selection of medical equipment / supplies and always aware towards anyone’s needs. I was assisted by the owner and assistant. They are very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great “customer service” / “patient service”. They truly went above and beyond. They made me feel valued as a person. They deserve all five stars.

After calling all around Miami I found exactly what I needed at Miraculous Medical Supplies. Their customer service was excellent. I was running late to get to the airport and after paying for my purchase over the phone they brought it to me as I drove by in the parking lot. Without their help I would have never made it to the airport on time. Thank you so much Miraculous Medical Supplies you have a fabulous company!

I found this place on yelp to take the CPRBLS course and called in and spoke to Tina, who was very nice and even offered coming in on Sunday (they are usually not open on Sundays) so that I could take the course as I do work throughout the week, so this was very convenient. It was very affordable as well. I have taken the course in the past years but Tina was overall the best! She was a nurse before so she was very knowledgeable about the subject. We only took a couple of hours to go over the whole material and more. Will definitely be back for recertification. Took the course on Sunday and it’s Tuesday and I already received my card via email. Thank you Tina! You’re the best.

The customer service is fantastic! We came to this clean and well-organized store to purchase a rubber tip for my father's cane and ended up purchasing a shiny new cane instead. There was no high pressure hard sell...we purchased the cane because the price was reasonable and my dad wanted an upgrade. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, adjusted the cane for us before we left, and happily honored a discount I mentioned. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend them!
