Absolutely the best staff I've ever had to deal with. World Class company in a small town.
I just want everyone to know how awesome Imperial is. I had a very nice white coat that I took snow snowmobiling, and got grease on it in multiple spots. My coat came back with out any grease spots and all the dirt was gone! I felt like I had my new coat back! The next best thing is they have excellent prices!

I don't normally write these reviews, but this dry cleaning business was excellent. I had an emergency that required quick turn around and the two ladies who were there took the time out of their day and schedule to make sure my emergency was resolved. This kind of service is hard to find. I would definitely recommend going here.
They crushed buttons on most of the shirts I brought them and didn't fix them. I brought the shirts back and they offered to replace the buttons, so they sewed the wrong colored, undersized buttons back on. Then, those crappy buttons popped off immediately after donning a shirt. I would not recommend this place and I'll never return after such a huge waste of my time and money.
I have lived in Phoenix, Az and had good service there BUT paid high prices for quick turnaround...today I picked up a jacket that had alterations, the quality was excellent and about 20% less than anyone else I have used! Oh...and it was drycleaned and pressed! Awesome job for sure!
Imperial has always done a great job for me! And even when they couldn't get my stain out, they left a note on the item explaining that further attempting to get the stain off would cause damage to my cloths. They were honest and up front with the limitations of the garment I had brought in. That shows real integrity. I love Imperial Cleaners!
Great service and attention to detail. I brought suits here that had been "cleaned" by another dry cleaner in town and Imperial Cleaners took the time to get the pleats correct. Quality work.
I’m from out of town, called late in the morning and they STILL got my clothes back to me the same day!!!! Great service, they went above and BEYOND for me.
